A few months ago, I bought sneakers for €300. After wearing them only three times, the leather on the shoe tongue was already damaged and worn off.
I returned the shoes to Philipp Plein after three months of waiting and still haven’t received a refund. This is completely unacceptable.
What a disgrace. I will never buy anything from this brand again.

The way I was treated after several years of shopping with your brand is a complete scandal. Over the years, I purchased dozens of items - clothing and shoes - both in your physical stores and online. I was always satisfied with the quality and the designs I chose. Unfortunately, one of the jackets developed a fault: the zipper jammed and the jacket became impossible to wear. I tried to contact my "sales representative", Mr. Pietro Buccino, who replied that the company does not pay him for customer service, only for sales - and therefore he would not help me. When I politely responded that this was highly unprofessional and certainly did not encourage further purchases, he replied rudely with: "I don’t care." He effectively told me to get lost. I have spent thousands of euros with your brand and own many of your top-tier clothing and footwear models. Never again. I threw the jacket in the trash because after this entire situation, I cannot even look at your products anymore. Yes, I am offended and disappointed - because from a so-called "premium" brand, I expected much more. This is a disgrace. Other reviews speak for themselves; it is a shame I did not read them earlier, as I would never have made a single purchase in any of your stores. Of course, I also received no response at all to my email sent to three different addresses listed on your website - not even an automatic reply. Complete silence. You are hopeless. Seriously.

Never Purchase from Philipp Plein Websites, Here's Why...
My first time placing an order on the philipp plein website (customer in U.S. who placed order on plein.com), and NEVER will I make that mistake EVER AGAIN. I co-sign and confirm, all of the negative reviews for plein e-commerce that's listed here on Trustpilot. Bottom line: (1) They don't come through on ANYTHING stated on their website, policy-wise, regarding customer service issues / adjustments to placed orders. Consider all of it 100% B.S. LIES. So the customer service-related policies info on their websites, is WORTHLESS typography boiler-plate. (2) Once you process an order on their website, they IMMEDIATELY finalize the taking out of the funds / payment, no matter whether the order shipped yet or not, and you will absolutely NOT be able to get in touch with any customer service agent at Philipp Plein. NOBODY will answer the phone at ANY of their listed phone numbers (whether NYC, whether Switzerland, whether Italy, etc.,), and no one from that company will respond back to any emails you send regarding your order, etc., SO, potential customers, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Unless you don't mind for Plein dot com, to immediately snatch your payment and run for the hills, never to have contact with you again, then I advise y'all NEVER to purchase from any of the Philipp Plein / Plein websites. At bare minimum, if you see a unique Plein product that you're too obsessed with that you have to procure it, then search for it on established importer sites, such as "My Theresa" etc., And to those plein website customers who already placed orders and warranted a refund, my advice is: Immediately contact your credit card company or bank or paypal etc., and OPEN A DISPUTE of CHARGE to try to recupe your money. Because typically the Philipp Plein company will NOT even respond to correspondence from the credit card companies and banks and PayPal etc., so your financial institutions in their investigation of your Dispute of Charge claim, will typically end up siding in your favor, since Philipp Plein company doesn't bother to respond to any inquiries from anyone.

Sendet über alle möglichen Wege Werbung. Unsubscribe, abmelden nützt nicht. Anruf dort, auf einmal spricht man nur mehr Englisch, was kein Problem darstellte. Man sollte eine Sammelklage wegen massiver Verletzung der Datenschutzgesetze anstreben.

The company delayed my shipment, by over a month, when it’s arrived, it was a WRONG SIZE jeans… guess what’s happened when I tried to return it? ‘Too late’, no answer from a customer support, the phone is not working, it’s a fraudulent company and should be removed/banned from selling goods. My money were stolen

Order cancelled after payment – disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience.
I placed an order that was confirmed and fully paid, only to be informed afterward that the item was actually out of stock due to a “stock discrepancy.” The order was then unilaterally cancelled.
For a brand positioning itself as premium, this kind of stock management failure is unacceptable. A confirmed order should mean the product is available — otherwise it should never be sold in the first place.
This experience unfortunately confirms the many negative reviews I had read beforehand on Trustpilot. I will not be ordering from this website again.
Refund has been announced, but the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience. The shoes came unglued after the first wear. I contacted the company multiple times by email but received no response. There is no return option for the shipment and no customer support. I do not recommend this company.

Schlechte und billige Qualität der Ware, Kundendienst total unkompetent, Werbung mit SMS-Stalking kaum auszuhalten. Sodann finde ich auch, wie er sich privat gibt auf den sozialen Medien & den deutschen Medien (bezüglich seiner Kinder) wertet seine Marke und Reputation krass ab. Nie wieder!

Terrible customer service. I received my order in two weeks, but I had to go on vacation in the meantime. Consequently, I received the jacket three weeks later, so I can't return it because the manager says it's too late. By the way, the jacket is of terrible quality...
