Ich spiele seit mehrere Jahren Township. Vor einigen Tagen wurde der Zoo für den ich viele Tiere erworben und Gehege gebaut habe einfach gelöscht. Das ist nicht bei allen Spielern der Fall. Informationen dazu gibt es nicht. Google play sollte die Firma playrix nicht mehr anbieten.

Absolute geldmacherei. Nicht mal mehr die einfachen level braucht man 30-40 versuche. Hier gehts nur noch um die kohle. Von mir 0 punkte

Playrix and G5 Games are criminal organizations. The games are based on psychological principales. The match 3 systems are not random, but fully controled. The goal is to get as much money as possible out of children and people without the capability to regnognize the paterns.
Unfortunately they get away with it.

Here in 2025 STILL DO NOT TRUST PLAYRIX! They take your money & run! They Not respond to a customer in their support page! NEVER EVER GIVE you your money back!
This game system should not be on line. I took a screenshot of my purchase and sent it to them and their support site NEVER responded. I tried at Varying times of day taking in consideration time zones. They have No real tech support only AI.
They will have to answer to GOD some day.

Dieses Spiel hat sein Niveau verloren. Immer wieder die gleichen Spiele. Der Algorithmus wird ständig gewechselt. Level unspielbar und wenn nur mit Geld Einsatz. Ein Support gibt es nicht. Standardantworten . Betrug auf ganzer Linie. Geschäftbedingungen werden ignoriert. Playrix verstößt dagegen. Aber ein Milliardenschweres Unternehmen ist es vollkommen egal

En 2021 cambiaron las políticas haciendo que sus jugadores perdieran todo el derecho sobre lo que han adquirido y comprado a través de los años. En el momento que ellos deseen pueden eliminar tu juego sin dar explicaciones y no reembolsarte nada. Igualmente dicen que pueden cancelar el juego usando quieran. Jugaba township y la degradación del juego es abrumadora. Una ciudad donde ya no consigues decoraciones para ampliar y solo van por tu dinero, para al final, quitarte todo cuando les parezca. No jugaré a ningún juego que tenga marca de esa compañía. Son usureros.

Die Spielfortschritte wurde nicht gespeichert und sind weg. Kundenservice gibt es nicht bzw lässt keine Anfragen zu.
Auf keinen Fall Geld ausgeben.

Das Spiel ist schön. Die Grafik toll. Zu Anfang macht das Spiel unheimlich Spaß. Man erzielt Erfolge und sitzt Stundenlang dran. Je weiter man kommt umso zäher und langweiliger wird es. Die Produktionszeiten sind zu lang. Ein Eis für 4h. Ein Witz. Die Produktion der Gummifabrik dauert viel zu lang, da diese noch weiterverarbeitet werden müssen. Die Züge bringen Material, was man schon zuviel hat. Nicht das, was man braucht um vorwärts zukommen. Man hat den Eindruck, das es hier nur um Geldmacherei geht. Schade. Ein schönes Spiel wird kaputt gemacht. Je weiter man kommt um so weniger geht es ohne richtiges Geld. Traurig. Das Spiel sollte überarbeitet werden.

Ein schön überlegtes und dargestelltes Spiel, das aber inzwischen so verändert wurde, dass der Spieler durch zahlreiche Fehlversuche, ein Level zu lösen, entweder total gefrustet ist oder ständig zahlreiche Booster einsetzen oder einen Zukauf weiterer Züge durchführen muss, damit er das Level schafft…auch frustrierend… wenn man sich jeden Levelgewinn erkaufen muss, statt ihn durch geschickte Spielzüge zu „verdienen“. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, warum ein Spiele-Anbieter so handelt, der sowieso schon sehr gute Gewinne macht….

Am Anfang machte es Spaß. Ich werde es nun wieder deinstallieren. Es kostet eine Menge Geld wenn man immer weiter kommen möchte. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen ☝️👎👎.

They rip people off horribly, this Russian company never talks to their customers, just a stupid robot. You'll never get your money back, plus now, they scam you in the game in the regatta and those stupid map games, the game will only hold 100 points, yet it takes that much to remove these rocks or tree cuttings, its ridiculously expensive, they are out for your money, yet are not brave enough to give a customer service phone number or Physical address for the company to write you back and not that stupid robot crap. They made TBE maps harder to force you to but T cash, they only allow you to only get 100 clovers when helping your fellow players then you get stupid coins which higher players don't need! After this regatta I won't play anymore until playrix company makes things fair to people. I will put this on every internet complaint forums so innocent people don't get used to make themselves rich, by making prices higher, games in the regatta and not allowing us to collect every clover we deserve. I learned that you help your team and friends, but they no longer give a clover for every thing you fill for others, they give stupid coins in balloons instead of the clovers to open the gold chests in regatta

Why are there so many different types of bombs in gardenscapes that all so the same thing?

Playrix games are all about greediness with charging more and more real money for everything you need and you can get very few in game coins.

Money hungry changes all the time using "updates" that try and get you to spend real money or you can't move up. Blames "gliches" when the town cash or something goes missing....never replaces the stolen items...call it their policy. Very rarely actually talks real time or just does not answer at all

Useless customer 'support'

Have had endless and constant issues with manor matters in that every week I'm in the winners league for no apparent reason!! Sophia & Natalie especially, as there are only two people, keep coming back with the same useless info and NEVER resolve the problem! They don't even play the game themselves, I know this through their idiotic questions!

I keep at them to vent my anger rather than hope for a solution!

Frustrating!!!!
