Easy to order school sports kit. It is expensive but good quality and washes well.
Delivery much quicker than last time and arrived in plenty of time for the new school year. Good job!

Based on recent experience PlayerLayer's customer service has much improved. Delivery times have been met or bettered. The kit they supply has always been of good quality and is great sportswear. Our account manager is very responsive and helpful.

Dreamsport aka PlayerLayer went into Administration in March, loss of £5.5mill owed to creditors which won’t be paid back.
I think we all know that this company has outstayed its welcome in Sports kit manufacturing. Poor financial expertise and their terrible supply chain, has directly led to the failure of the company.

Returned goods due to sizing, promised refund via email that never materialised. No response after the confirmation of refund from them.
Now had to take action to get my money back - overall a huge waste of my time and effort.
I won’t be buying anything here again as you may return your goods but in my experience you don’t get your money back unless you take legal action.
My club have moved away from here now as so so many bad experiences. I would urge any club to think very carefully before signing up and any customer to do the same before ordering. Awful.

Truly terrible service. Orders take weeks to arrive with no communication at all. My first order arrived after my son started his new school and the second order I have still not received 3 weeks after placing the order and it looks like it won’t arrive in time for the cricket match this weekend! No answer on the phone and no answer to emails. Absolutely shocking service!!

Horrible service. I ordered (and paid for) a sweater in November 2021 and in April 2022, it still hasn’t arrived. No updates, apologies, or refund. And no response to my inquiry/complaint. Totally unacceptable.

Easily the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. We have no choice but to use them for school kit for our children. I've just had the latest round of supply chain/pressures excuses, but I have emails dating back to 2016, all of which say exactly the same thing. Even something as simple as the one-sized school cricket cap has been unavailable to buy for two years now due to "supply issues". Lucky for them that they have a captive market of schools/university teams, because if parents had a choice they would all run a mile from this bunch. If I ran my business like this I'd be bankrupt in a month as my customers all have the option to buy elsewhere, which they would do if I treated them as badly as this.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Completely stole my money and never responded to any emails or calls. Please do not ever use this company, as they are obviously just stealing people's money and information. I had to go through my bank to get my money back unfortunately.

Non-existent customer service. A month after ordering, no sign of our kit. No one answers the phone or answer phone messages. I emailed, used the contact form, tried various social media avenues - nothing. Eventually we had an email to say the kit was unavailable and we would be refunded but this is only because the director of my son’s gymnastics academy contacted their account manager. Truly appalling customer service. They take your money then disappear off the face of the planet.

Placed an order for 2 pairs of leggings the start of November 2021 and 25/11/21 I received an email from UPS with a tracking number which stated it had been delivered to Netherlands. Emailed Player Layer who responded (after 3 weeks) stating all European orders are sent to the Netherlands to be distributed. I have not received the order or any other reply to my emails or contacting them through Social Media. Really disappointed as I previously ordered from Player Layer and had no issues.

Would like to give zero stars sent back kit 8 weeks ago still waiting for refund they ignor calls unless you ring there sales line once you do that they then block your number so no one answers. they don't respond to refund e mails either only orders. Only way to get money back is via small claims court or charge back via bank DO NOT USE this company .

I ordered 3 items from this company on the 24th of November 2021. When they arrived on the 23rd of December the items were of good quality but unfortunately arrived too late for the intended recipient. The items were returned in their original condition & packaging but as of today 10/2/22 I am still awaiting a refund. I have contacted them through their customer service email twice but still no response other than an auto acknowledgment of my enquiry. Despite the quality of their products I would not recommend buying from this company.
