I recently bought a hotel booking for Hotel Kuu Kyoto through PlansChange, and when I arrived, the hotel refused to accept the transferred reservation—even though I had both the original booking confirmation and the official transfer from PlansChange. It was a really stressful moment after a long day of travelling.

I contacted PlansChange straight away, and a gentleman called James phoned me personally. He was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He contacted the hotel directly and resolved everything quickly so I could check in without any further issues.

Thanks to their support, my stay ended up being pleasant and problem-free. Mistakes can happen with any service, but what truly matters is how a company responds — and PlansChange handled it perfectly.

I discovered this while looking for a hotel to book and was surprised to find a resale platform where you can sell non-refundable hotel bookings — and it actually works!

Since I couldn’t make it to the hotel and was struggling financially after spending £1,000 on new tyres and other car repairs, I decided to give PlansChange a try. I managed to sell my room for half the price. That’s still much better than losing all my money, and it turned out to be really helpful for me.

I was then subjected to fraud with my card shortly after this transaction and whilst this was the only “new”rather than trusted sharing of card details, I’m very suspicious.

Stumbled across this website after booking a room that was none refundable. The team were really quick at replying to my queries and helped me upload my hotel. I managed to sell my hotel and recoup some unexpected money which was great.
One thing I will just say is that there is a fee to list; which is applicable even if not sold however this didn’t stop me using the site.
It has also encouraged me to use this site from a buyer perspective. Thanks again Team!

Had a great experience - had booked a hotel for the wrong weekend & no refund option. Sold it for around 50% of the purchase price which was far better than nothing! Then booked an alternative hotel & saw the night before they were offering the same room for £40 less & with breakfast.

Had free cancellation on the original room until 6pm the night before - so rebooked and then simply pressed the cancel button on the first room - no issues, although I called the hotel to check the booking was all in order.

Sale proceeds arrive promptly within 48 hours after the checkout date - excellent service & will look to book further rooms in the future
