Very personalized service. We appreciated that a service rep contacted us by email with a mockup of our map for approval before creating and shipping it to us.

Beautiful Maps! The installation was super easy, and their team was super helpful with any questions I had.

Package was delivered on time and in great condition.

Unfortunately our map came damaged from transit, but the company was very prompt to resolve the issue with a refund.

After a quick browse came across Pin Adventure Maps - they are not the cheapest though for me this was the kind of gift I didn't want to skimp on quality. Very good pre-sales process, excellent there lots and lots of options to choose from including colour, size, frame - excellent comms from Simona about order and progress. Delivery was great (thought that would be an issue, (courier was DHL in this instance), really well packaged. Very happy customer, would order again.

I received a proof of my map quickly, and it required no revisions. The finished product was shipped securely and I am very satisfied with its quality! I did experience a shipping delay, but I believe that to be a FedEx issue and not the fault of the shipper.

Post purchase I promptly received an email from Roberta with a digital preview of my map to approve before processing. I didnt order anything custom so this was a very nice touch. Roberta's email address was her's not an inbox that was not monitored so I was able to email her directly on delivery date, tracking etc. She was so quick to respond and so helpful. Honestly this is how customer service should be run and we all should look to Pin Adventures Map and Roberta as the standard.

The service with this order was exceptional. I had many questions and I am super pleased with the map! I plan to purchase another for a gift!

Wonderful customer service from Regina. There was a delay because an email I sent to her was never received, but she did what was necessary for me to receive the map in time for daughter’s birthday celebration. The map is gorgeous!

We are extremely happy with the map. We searched on you tube and saw video of someone who purchased this map. We ended up buying the same one. We love the quality, detail and sharp print of the cities. We selected the glacier and the color is perfect and goes well with the white trim. Some cities were not on the map for the Caribbean so we just pinned the country. Other than that, we love it and highly recommend. Customer service was very helpful when I had a question. It was packed very well and came quickly. You won’t be disappointed!

This is the second map we have bought. Great quality and zero issues. We use these maps to mark where we have been in the world and where we want to go. I have been very impressed with the extra and unexpected customer service. You never expect additional "reach outs" from a company to check on your purchase, but Pin Adventures does just that.

Because I was nervous about my map legend, I asked to see a proof before printing. This led to a couple of changes and the team was so patient with me—map is gorgeous and we love showcasing our travels!

I'm very happy with everything regarding the Pin Adventure Map I ordered. The online ordering experience was simple and clear, with plenty of information provided at every step of the way.

Then, before printing the map, I was contacted and shown a final proof that I had to approve, and even got a chance to make small changes to the customizable part of the design.

Once the physical product arrived, all my expectations were met. The print is good resolution, the colours are vibrant and accurate, the frame is sturdy but very light.

The hardware for fixing it on a wall was fixed to the back of the frame and all you need for hanging it is a string or wire.

I also need to mention that the packaging was very well put together, so there's minimal chance of damage from shipping.

Very good product and overall great experience, I highly recommend!
