Thank you for taking the time to review the service you received from us. We package orders, particularly single tubs, to protect them from breaking in transit. We apologise if you felt there was too much packaging in your order.
We strive to package orders as environmentally friendly as possible and use recycled shredded cardboard or biodegradable packing peanuts to protect items inside parcels where possible. If your parcel arrived in a cardboard box, you can simply pop it in your recycling along with the filling if it was one of the above. Unfortunately there was a delay at the local depot which caused the order to be held up. I can see this was raised with the courier directly and eventually delivered.
A refund for any carriage charges have also been issued due to the inconvenience.

Unreliable
A very poor first experience from Physique. I ordered acupuncture needles on a Monday at 10.30am and selected next day delivery as I was running low on supplies. I specifically chose to shop with Physique as they offer next day delivery. My order was not delivered on Tuesday. I received an email on the Wednesday from Physique’s courier Evri that they were going to attempt delivery on Wednesday, but this would be well after business closing time, so I could not receive it. Even then emailed me to say they would try again on Friday when we were open, but failed to show in the time they said. After this I emailed Physique and requested a refund for my order which they processed promptly. If Physique stop using Evri and start using a reliable courier, I may consider ordering my clinic supplies from them again. Until they do, I won’t.

Really worthwhile purchase & high quality set
