Dieses ist nur die Bewertung für Jabber seit einigen Monaten - früher waren die klasse!
Keines der dort angebotenen Skripte funktioniert noch unter php 8.2 und höher, also nichts!
Die Kosten für Service sind unglaublich hoch, auch wenn man vor 2 Jahren noch etwas programmieren lies (mehrere 100 Euro).
Sehr schade, ich habe die Module sehr oft genutzt und sehr viel gekauft und umbauen lassen.

I have been working with this company since 2018 on a highly modified custom script.

Over those years we have continually added features and upgrades to the script and they are always very willing to help.

I run several PHPJabbers products, both off-the-shelf and customised, which I find to be excellent and good value. When something occasionally stops working (usually due to external factors) they are generally quick to respond and to resolve things. I would prefer that their previous support ticket system was working, as a record to refer back to, but otherwise no complaints. This time it took a little longer than usual to solve my problem, and to clarify that previous updates had been done (perhaps the business is under new management?), but my events calendar is back to normal following some updates and help with installation. These are well put-together PHP platforms with good support should you need it. My only warning is that if you pay for a customised script you will need to pay again should this require an update to keep up with PHP changes etc, whereas the standard scripts are readily available. Having said that, on this occasion they fixed mine for free, so I am happy.

I have always used phpjabbers for my script needs and have always found them to be highly professional, and easy to work with in developing new scripts of having existing ones modified. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of phpjabbers for a long time. It is several years since I purchased a script here. When I logged in today to find and download the scripts I have purchased, everyhing was removed. I could not find a single order. I thing it is bad customer service to remove orders from my account.

Sometimes it is a bit scary to work with suppliers from outside your country, but in the case of PHPJabbers we have felt very close, as they have always responded quickly in the correspondence we have maintained during the development of the project.
The resulting work is good.

Customer service refused to help me with a simple information which they supplied as INCOMPLETE, see below info given with the script:

Step 3. Copy and paste the code below at the very bottom of your .php web page after all the other code.

They do not say which .php page to insert the codes... there are lost of .php pages in this script!

I do not recommend them at all!
