I highly recommend this company. They’re easy to work with, thorough, convenient and it was easy to set up. I love not having robo calls coming in now, and the voicemail is great / by being able to listen to messages right from my email is super.

The bill is steadily going up
The bill is steadily going up. And that’s the one thing I USE TO brag about y’all. Never fails company’s start off with good intentions and then somewhere in the corporate world they get greedy or whatever. Customer service goes way down which it has and cost goes up. 2 very good warnings.

Very solid phone service, polite staff in sales and in technical help. Highly recommend this company, most Telecom firms are awful, PhonePower is different and better. Thank you.
I've had Phone Power for a month now…
I've had Phone Power for a month now and it has been glitch free. My old system incorporated Google voice which became very unreliable and unstable.
**WARNING** -- STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
**WARNING** ==>> Phone Power is neither transparent or truthful about their usage policies. They told us that if we keep our calling below 5000 mins per month, there would be zero issues with using their services. We repeatedly told them our intended usage and they insisted that there would be no issues. After less than 400 minutes of usage in our 1st. month, they had our service terminated by some AI software that locked us out of our account (could not log in), cut off our phone, sent us a generic email telling us that our account had been cancelled, but never stated the reason for this cancellation notice and the actions that they took against us. And since our phone service was now cut off, we had no way to contact them via phone to find out what was going on. All-in-all, we would never use them again even if they begged us to come back and provided free service to us, for life.
**OUR ADVICE**
STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY DISHONEST AND NOT FORTHCOMING. WE DEEPLY REGRET EVER SIGNING UP WITH THEM.

We used Phone Power for a few years…
We used Phone Power for a few years with no major problems, but then they changed their criteria so their service was no longer compatible with the box I had to buy to use the service in the first place. They gave me very unclear guidelines about buying a new box, and the one I bought didn't work. Then I discovered that there was only one model of the box that was compatible, and it wasn't the one I had bought. I contacted the company and thought I had cancelled my subscription, and then I was surprised when they took another year's subscription the following year. I hadn't been able to use the service for well over a year. I contacted them again and demanded that they refund my money immediately, and they said they would have to look into it. It took them a month to refund my money. I wrote a negative review about my experience, and three months later I got an email asking me to send a copy of a bill or statement to verify that I had used the service before they would post my review. I couldn't do that because everything was done online, from subscription to cancellation, and there was never any kind of statement. The service was okay when it worked, but the customer service was and continues to be absolutely horrible.
1 Spotty service lacking basic features
1. Quality of service has deteriorated significantly e.g. Softphone keeps on dropping calls regularly rendering the service useless. Sometimes answer yield a dead line, the software gets stuck with only alternative to close it (can't reject calls etc).
2. Service lacking basic features e.g. blocking unwanted numbers
3. C/S is highly ineffective and not customer friendly and tech support diverting from billing/accounting input. Tech support not customer friendly and not always effective (e.g. resolving issues with faxing, lengthening the time one is given to complete a call (impossible to dial unless one knows the number by heart)
4. Pricing is out of line with QoS. Given the existence of Google Voice, Viber and a myriad of other applications one would imaging that pricing of calls (e.g. overseas) would be closer. At least at current prices, one would expect premium service.

I purchased this plan because it stated they allow international calling. Had id known for every 7 international calls i placed id be flagged i wouldn't have got it. Every week my phone was flagged. Then i was told id have to purchase each call placed. Not worth it. False advertising.

phone power was able to do what xfinity…
phone power was able to do what xfinity said could not be done. Xfinity was unable to move our phone number when we moved approximately 12 miles from our previous home. Phone power was able to obtain the number from xfinity and set up our land line service using our old number in our new home. A phone number we have had in our family for over 50 years. xfinity said it was impossible, phone power made it happen. Happy customer.

Excellent service with reasonable…
Excellent service with reasonable pricing options. The cloned line option works better than just having one line with call waiting as someone else can take the 2nd call on another phone or make a 2nd call on another phone while the other is in use. Setting up service is quick and easy. Another plus is that you can use your own device if you would like and they can provide the information you need to set your device yourself if you have experience. I highly recommend Phone Power!

I got this phone plan to call the uk for my mother who lives over there. It looked like a good plan at first but now ive been flagged twice for my calls. If id known there was a limit to how many times per day or week i could call i wouldnt have gotten it.
