I had a Iphone 11 that had frozen during an update i had tried everything over several days to sort it but had no luck , i took it to these in the morning and with an hour or so it was fixed and i was able use it again 5* and they didn't charge the earth to do it

Absolutely wonderful service
Absolutely wonderful service! This business made the entire process of getting a repair so easy from start to finish! When I didn't know what fix would work for my broken phone the lovely email rep was very kind and patient in advising me, and because of their mail-in service it could all be completed with very little hastle. It saved some very important data I was worried may have been lost forever that I'd been fretting over for an entire week virtually overnight. I'll definitely be remembering them for the future and reccomending them to friends!

Very bad customer service and very rude…
Very bad customer service and very rude lady running the place, complains about customers not paying with cash because they have expensive bank charges, very unprofessional to give that information to customers, you would think that in the current economy they would be happy with any sale, I was buying 4 stylus pens which they totally over charge for at £1 each that you can buy far cheaper from Amazon at around 28p each, if I didn't need them quickly I wouldn't have bothered, and I won't be back.

Absolutely over the moon that I sent my pixel 7 to Phone Bar, speedy service and my phone is back up and running again. Honestly one happy lady. Would happily send my phone there in the future if anything happens again(hopefully not) At first I was worried because it was so far away from where I live, but the simple postage and packaging and free return was so easy. Thanks again Phone Bar you are truly amazing 😊❤️

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I sent my iPad in for a full screen replacement. Very reasonable price and I had my iPad back looking brand new in under 48 hours! They even put a screen protector on for me before returning it. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the quality of the work.
