Your dosette boxes are a good example of a great idea followed by a lousy implementation.
1. The film lids don't come off neatly and often interfere with dispensing reliably
2. The film lids removal sometimes drags the border of the box with it
3. The film lids trap small tablets in the upper part of the compartment (electrostatic charge?)
4. The above makes their use a twice daily irritation, so much so that I am now loading 2 weeks worth in one go into a sensible dispenser, creating a two week holiday away from your product.
Finally, goodness knows how partially sighted people, Parkinsons patients and those with dementia are meant to cope with these boxes.

Giving the wrong dimensions to your products and have ordered the wrong product!

Ordered for my Nan who has Alzheimer’s, we have to put all of her medication into blister packs as she gets very confused and will mix up medication if we don’t. So I ordered the stickers to go over the top of the trays we already had double checked that they was the same ones that we had already had (again as to not confuse her further)was sent some that was the wrong way round (they sell both I checked) message them to say these are not what I had ordered. He responded the next day asking for my order number emailed back and haven’t heard anything since, I’ve messaged again asking for this to be sorted and been ignored. Not great customer service.

Fantastic service , quick and easy to order. And the prices are great.

Parcel arrived well packaged.we have not yet tried to put the blister packs together, so not sure how easy to seal them will be.

Delivery very expensive

Excellent blister packs but the description is not as clear on their website as to what size each blister is. Also the pharmacy label sheet does not fix securely inside each pack. The company have been unresponsive to emails and messages about how best to use these hence losing a star

Very straightforward pricing and ordering, and fast delivery too.

Advertised an Original Brother TN3480 on their website with no mention of a compatible cartridge, which is what turned up. When phoning them, they first tried to say they wouldn't refund the postage charge, did agree, but insisted that I sent it back myself. AVOID.

Fast delivery and good communication

Changed my review as had said parcel not arrived but it has now. The tracking system looked like no shipment.
