Dog bed is very nicely made and was delivered promptly in a sensible box. Colors and fabric are good quality and the construction is the best I've seen in a cloth product in many years. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Best price I found on the item I wanted, and it shipped & arrived fast. However, shipping was supposed to be free and I was charged $5 for it. On the other hand, that error was acknowledged and remedied promptly after I brought it to their attention.

Now if only they had one in stock for my other dog.

Shipping was rather slow, but it was free so I shouldn't complain.

I ordered the size XS (the smallest size offered). As I thought, it is too big for Lily. She is a 5 month old Bedlington Terrier. She will grow into it, but so far we have not used it. It appears to be substantial, material and design wise. I have always used Ruff Rider harness for my two other Bedlington's, but Ruff Rider no longer makes the lovely shearling lined harness.

I want her secure in the back seat, incase of an incident. She is squeezed into her current harness til she grows into the new one. (4 stars for not offering a smaller size (XXS).

Prompt shipping, product was as described. I had to return it due to fit issues (my dog was between two sizes) and the return process was quick and painless.

Ordered a dog bed. Received conflicting information about lead times. One message said it would ship in 3-5 days. The other message, 4-6 weeks. Since the order had to be made, I knew it would be the latter.

At seven weeks, I inquired via with no response. My second inquiry a few days later was answered: I was told it would ship the following week. It did not. It shipped the following week.

All in all, the order took about eight weeks. I'm fine with waiting. However, I prefer to be told that the order will be delayed, and not have to follow up on my own.

The bed is great. I bought the bed two days before Labor Day.
They did not give me the 15% discount. Pay attention to sale days.

I love the Jax & Bones dog beds. Petswag has an excellent selection of beds available on their site. I've ordered several & have been happy with every purchase. My dogs are happy campers. Every time I want a new dog bed, my first stop is Pet Swag. I only recommend you measure because I ordered the large without measuring & it was huge.

The price was the best I found and the shipping was fast. The product came to me in good condition. This was my first time ordering from PetSwag and I would definitely order from them again in the future.

After looking at the reviews of many different dog beds, I decided to purchase this bed. On every site I looked at, this bed was given 5 stars. Although it may seem a bit pricey, it is absolutely worth it. The materials and construction are superior. And, most importantly, my dog LOVES it! As soon as it arrived, I took it out of the shipping box and put it on the living room floor. My girl got in it immediately, no hesitation! (FYI, because I wish more people had listed the size bed they bought AND the size of their dog, I ordered a small for my 18 lb. terrier-mix, who is long legged and somewhat slim, not short and compact.) I wasn't sure it would be big enough because of her long legs but it is perfect. A medium would have been too big, so I believe the sizing chart is accurate. She likes to curl up when she sleeps. If your dog like to spread out, you may need to order a size up. I would absolutely recommend this high-quality bed.

The fabrics and construction of the Jax and Bones products I purchased were definitely worth the money. They colors and fabrics complement my home decor.

I was able to find the product I wanted; it shipped same day and arrived as expected.

My wife and I ordered a Jax and Bones Napper bed for $139.10 in February. 10 days after I placed the order, no shipping notification, no responses to my e-mails, nothing. We had just brought home our Vizsla puppy so we needed a bed so we ordered from somewhere else and asked Petswag to cancel our order. The day that we canceled our order, Petswag sent an e-mail saying the bed had shipped. Well, that's great, but we already got another bed so we let them know that we were going to return it. 18 days later, still no shipping form so we informed them that we would pay to ship it back on our own. Well, a shipping label appeared that day (sensing a trend here). We returned it in mid March, have sent 4 e-mails to both the website and the owner himself and still have not heard back or seen our money back. I'm sure that many of you have had good experiences, but I would be VERY careful when dealing with Petswag. Why risk it if there's so many other places that you can trust?

UPDATED REVIEW:

The folks over at Petswag responded within a couple hours of me posting this review. Their customer service was very apologetic about what happened (no excuses which is always nice) and made sure they were clear when the refund would arrive. The package arrived exactly as they said it would. They sent me a check for the full amount of my refund and they also sent a care package for Scout, our Vizsla puppy. The care package contained a really nice Jax and Bones rope ducky, some treats and some poo bags. Thank you Petswag!

Easy to use website. Full order delivered as promised with absolutely no issues. I would use PetSwag again and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I received my harness follow the directions. I couldn't get it adjusted right and there were two tabs I didn't know what to do with. So I email service and got an answer. I am very happy with harness my dog stays where I put her.

This was truly a great company to deal with...very efficient and had exactly what I was looking for..Very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone:)
