The communication from start to finish was exceptional! They were extremely passionate, helpful, kind and understanding.
We were given our ‘own’ person (Jess) to deal with, which made the process even easier.
When we took our girl down to them for the first time to get checked and wormed atc. ALL the staff were so welcoming and especially to our dog Helga, and she loved them all. She loved getting pats and told she was lovely and a good girl etc.
they communicated with PEQ on our behalf and cc’d us into all emails. Our girl flew from Scotland (UK) to Australia.
They asked for photos of when we were reunited and really cared and wanted to be part of the journey with us.
They were truly amazing and well worth every penny.
We can not thank them enough and highly recommend them.

Pets on the Move, so grateful you helped us relocate our beloved farm dogs to the other side of the world for a new life and new memories, it was really stressful, but the team between the vets at Mauchline and the Team at Glasgow really helped us with our moving worries, length and duration of medical run ups and vet visits etc -
our dogs are like family members to us and it was a huge - tough - mentally prepared decision to board the flight with them but they made it with a 9hr layover in Dubai and onward travel in to Auckland, we were super grateful for the updates, travel itinerary , and ability to see them listed as cargo throughout our Emirates flight, superb service from everyone involved getting them to New Zealand 🇳🇿 for us from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We can't thank Pet's on the Move enough. We have a very timid Lab and thought he might not cope with a long distance flight and being handled by people he didn't know. However, after contacting Pets on the Move we felt very reasured. Every single email was answered promptly and phone calls efficiently. Jess and Karen made everything super easy and straight forward, instructions regarding vet visits were very clear and sent to us and the vet.
The day before his flight we were able to familiarise him with his travel kennel. It was very hard and emotional when we dropped him off on the 21st of May for his flight but only a couple of hours later we received a video update on his very own WhatsApp chat. Once he was in Dubai we received the next update about his wellbeing and a final update when he touched down in New Zealand.
I still can't quite believe to have our dog with us safely on the other side of the world. Thank you again Jess and the team for doing such an amazing job. Certainly can recommend Pets on the Move.

We used Pets on the Move to relocate Gracie our cat from Glasgow all the way to Perth, Western Australia. The process was extremely smooth and it took all the stress and paper work from us that we could not have done ourselves (especially when moving to a highly regulated country)! It was a breeze and the team were all friendly, helpful and caring. We received regular updates via email (you get pictures too!!) and all correspondences were received promptly. Amazing service and very helpful and friendly staff

Our gorgeous boy Ollie recently made the big journey from Scotland to Perth, Australia with Pets on The Move, and I honestly can't thank Jess and the team enough for making the whole process go so smoothly!
The communication was excellent and we were kept informed and updated throughout the process. We were already in Australia and were worried about not being there to oversee things, there was no need to be worried at all. Ollie flew during the holiday period between Christmas and New Year, and even though the offices were closed, the communication and care and attention given was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company!

The team at Pets on the Move are excellent - we were doing a huge move from Edinburgh to San Francisco, and had no idea how to get my cat Affogato across the pond - it was also during a difficult period when international guidelines around moving animals had recently shifted. Pets on the Move were incredibly responsive, professional, and sensitive. You get the clear sense the safety and wellbeing of the animals is their top priority. They are incredibly knowledgeable and able to respond to changes in policy extremely quickly and confident.

Affogato arrived at our new home in America safe and happy, immediately coming out of the (very large and well-made) carrier Pets on the Move provided and making herself right at home. Pets on the Move picked her up at my old home in Edinburgh and delivered her to our new door in America - couldn’t ask for a more efficient and easy service.

We decided to move to Dubai from the North East of England. Everyone we asked around mentioned that pets had to travel to Manchester or London to fly out. Thankfully, Alison introduced us to PetsOnTheMove. From my first conversation with Karen to meeting Jess and then finally the day my babies flew, everything was relaxed yet professional. I quized Karen about few google reviews and she was calm and gave me answers to each scenario that led to the google reviews. The highlight was that my dogs (even the little suspicious one) took to Jess from the word go. Again when I saw both my dogs head over heels Jess, I knew that this was the right choice. I wasn't fussed about fancy 5 ⭐️ accommodation but was fussed about 7⭐️ care for my dogs and my decision was right. Thank you Karen, Jess and Adam.

We moved to Scotland two years ago and have just returned home to Australia. We cannot speak highly enough. The precision, professionalism, negotiation with our highlands vet Hamish was second to none. Our team included Ms Jess Milor as our primary liaison officer. Jess’ attention to detail saw a seamless time line, compliance with complicated procedures meant peace of mind. We also fought weather and snow to get to their depot in Glasgow with Karen their director reaching out a renegotiating another option drop off for our convenience and Jazz’s care. We were informed of her well being throughout her long journey and it felt personal and empathic. Moving? There is no better service internationally than Pets on the Move.

From start to finish Pets On The Move made the process of transporting our dog from Scotland to Australia stress free. After speaking to Karen on the phone I quickly knew I could trust Remo with their services. I was keen to use a company that flew from Glasgow to save my dog extra traveling journey to London. They worked with our vet on my behalf to organise and schedule appointments that Remo had to attend on exact dates to have him ready for flying. They sent me regular updates when Remo arrived in their care and then right up until he landed with us in Perth. The whole process was flawless.
Jess and the team are very knowledgeable and we cannot thank them all enough for all the work that they put into getting our dog back with us. We will be forever grateful.

From start to finish the primary aim of the team was to ensure not only was my dog safely taken from home to home, but I was also stress free.. any stress on my side was self imposed. Jake was even known, by name , to the cabin crew, positively I must add. To see him leaping out of his crate at home and bop and dash around was proof that Pets on the Move mean what they say in their brochure About us,but really it’s all about you!
Will send photographs of Jake when he stops chasing squirrels . He is one happy dog and I am smiling ear to ear..even when he treed a raccoon.

I cannot stress how amazing Jess and the team at Pets on the Move were when we moved our sweet dog Ozzie from Scotland to Australia. They were there every step of the way, gave us detailed information on what we needed to do and when it needed to be done by and they were always available to answer any questions this anxious dog owner had! The pricing was reasonable for such a long journey (and it included our quarantine fees too) so it was all covered by one payment which I really appreciated! They also provided us with updates throughout Ozzies journey which again we really appreciated! Honestly if you are moving a pet to any part of the world from Scotland use Pets on the Move!
