Very disappointed having used pp on a regular basis the lack of communication regarding issues with dpd is conflicting. Nearly a week after ordering then item has been despatched not by dpd but Royal Mail so if the item does not arrive in the next 2/3 days it will be after Christmas totally unacceptable

I order eye ointment for my dog Stanley and was so impressed with the speed of the delivery, I had ordered the products on the 17th November, I placed the order and the vets emailed the prescription to me, then the same day I had an email from yourselves saying the prescription and order had been received and had been accepted.
