Racha was not only a delight to deal with, but also one of the best hairdressers I have had the pleasure of meeting - talented, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. A former hairdressing instructor, she was extremely knowledgable and educated me in how to maintain and manage my hair according to my hair type, suggesting which products to swap to. She succeeded in turning my hair's condition and style around in just a short session. Thank you Racha - very much appreciate. I will be sure to book my next appointment with you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Maria is my stylist in O'Connell St. She's very professional and friendly and I feel we've become friends over the years. We have lovely chats The staff create a lovely atmosphere and they all seem to know my name. I totally look forward to my Friday pamper sessions 🥰

A great cut and curly blow dry in Peter Mark Waterford this morning. I booked at the last minute, very grateful to get a slot for a transformation!

I have been a customer of Peter Mark for over 20 years and a regular at the Arklow branch for around 10 years. My loyalty is based on the professionalism and expertise I usually experience.
On a recent visit, I encountered very unprofessional activity. I was met with rudeness on arrival, and when trying to locate my stylist, I came upon staff engaging in inappropriate behaviour in the staff area. I felt uncomfortable enough to leave without receiving my appointment.
I raised this with customer care but received no proper response. I later received a missed call from a withheld number with a vague voicemail, but no clear follow-up or resolution.
As a long-standing customer who travels to appointments at personal cost, this has been very disappointing. I would have expected a more professional standard of service and a proper response to a formal complaint.
I hope this will now be addressed properly.

I got great advice from reception when I wasn't sure what product was right for me. She was lovely and I'm delighted with my purchases.

The stylist used a blunt scissors and did not cut off enough hair. I got my hair cut to remove split ends from the first bad haircut I got from them 6 weeks before...

My hair is now completely destroyed. They ignored my first two emails. After the third one, they rang me but I am disabled and do not feel comfortable taking calls, and also I cannot take calls during working hours.

I've wasted over 150€ on these two horrible haircuts. Now I'll have to fork out the same to get my hair professionally fixed.

It was my first time having Teigan take care of my hair, and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
She made me feel so comfortable and cared for and I’m truly grateful for the experience.
Everyone in the salon is just wonderful: from the warm welcome at reception to the incredible work of the hairdressers. There is such a kind, positive energy there that makes you feel instantly at ease. It’s more than just a place to get your hair done😊it feels like a little escape, a moment of peace from everyday life. I left feeling really uplifted and cared for and I would genuinely recommend this salon to any friend without hesitation.

The atmosphere is so relaxed, calming and personal. the girls are so sweet, was very time efficient. Was brought to the basin for a wash within 3 mins of arriving. then onto cutting drying and styling ans I could not be any happier with the outcome, I showed Mia (who ive been to before and returned because she’s so lovely and extremely skilled in hairdressing). I gave her a reference photo of long layers a full bang and face framing all around, we spoke about what would work on me (i had previously grown out bangs and we decided not to cut them but to make a wispier smaller fringe from them since my front pieces were very thick) This turned out even better than the reference photo am the length and style had me feeling a million dollars leaving the salon. We had a great chat about maintenance and how i can achieve the bang look at home which she clearly demonstrated and used a roller for.
The most amazing experience that made my day and delighted with my hair. Will be back :)

The lady I go t regularly Kate is very nice friendly and listen t exactly way I want my hair done. I've been going t her for years. If she isn't there there's another girl Susan. who is also a fantastic hairdresser so I'm extremely happy with the service

Kate has been cutting my hair for many years . She is extremely skilled and professional,as well as having a very friendly personality. I admire her consistency and the pride she takes in her valuable work .

Another lovely visit to Peter Mark Waterford and the amazing staff there always feel so welcome from those minute you walk in till you leave, wouldn't trust anybody else with my hair only Shauna she is brilliant at her profession and a pleasure to deal with!

I got my hair done in Northern Ireland portadown. They were very kind and friendly, they made sure to make a good consultation with me and made sure that I felt comfortable with what was going to be done. I got offered a tea or coffee which was amazing. I also got my hair washed and the lady done an amazing job making sure I was happy with the temperature. I got my hair cut to exactly the length I wanted it to be and I got it blowed dryed. I love my new hair and thank you to the lovely ladies in the hair salon 10000% recommended and will definitely come back !!
