I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the reviews, but I’ve bought from Peter Hahn three times now and service has been really good. The item has arrived promptly and been of great quality.

I adore the things I purchase from Peter Hahn. Their customer service is outstanding. The Gardeur skirt I recently purchased is the exception. The fabric felt inexpensive the one time I wore it. And, my family all advised me n vet to wear it again. If became the joke of our Thanksgiving dinner.

You sell fashions that suit me and look good.

Never never ever buy from this company. I have asked them on many occasions to STOP sending me email after email advertising their products and they won’t stop !!!! I’m now having to start legal action to get them to stop. Totally inundated with these emails😩😩😩😩

My most recent purchase from Peter Hahn was a pair of trousers. The ordering process is easy to navigate and I appreciate the updates regarding delivery dates. The trousers fit well, and I’ve now had them shortened to suit me.
I have been very pleased with all my purchases from Peter Hahn.

I am a customer for many years now and I always enjoy shopping at Peter Hahn UK. If sometimes, I needed a refund, Ph's Customer Service Team has always been responsive and professional. Normally you can expect to wait more than 8 days for any delivery in the UK....yes, indeed, delivery service needs to improve. Top clothing labels, expensive but worth purchasing.

Excellent choice of European labels. Long wait for delivery though without any communication during the intervening period. Would have appreciated email update say at point of dispatch.

Scored 4 stars instead of 5 only because delivery is very slow, usually 10 days to arrive.

Although there was delay in receiving my slippers, they arrived just in time for the colder weather. Both sturdy and smart looking pair as well as comfortable and am pleased with them.

Expensive although there are often offers. Delivery is slow by modern standards but that doesn’t worry me. What I like best is the quality. I’ve bought a few really good items that I expect to wear a lot. Sustainable materials too so that’s good.

Read all negative reviews but my friend has never had a problem so I just ordered my first dress. It came within 10 days and was wrapped beautifully and the dress is amazing. I called customer service to see when it would arrive and I found them to be really lovely. I think if you want the superior brands they offer and high quality goods you need to wait a little longer than usual but that’s ok. Great job Peter Hahn. Thanks 🙏

Ordered 16th July supposed to be in stock Did not arrive as promised and when I called told would be delivered in 10 days so I asked to cancel but was told I could not as it had been dispatched (10 days in post?). Arrived after 7 days in different colour so I called as was told either I had ordered wrong or they had sent out the incorrect so I could send back for refund and re order but would have to pay again. The colour they sent isn’t shown on their website so I guess it wasn’t me who got it wrong. They really do not seem interested in customers so I won’t be ordering anything else from this company

I placed an order for a pair of boots. I received no confirmation email or order number. I emailed Peter Hahn and they asked me to confirm my billing address. Still no order number and I now see they have taken 2 payments from my credit card and not one. Extremely unhappy and will be asking for a refund or ordering charge back from credit card company. I'll never use this company again

Peter Hahn is deliberately misleading their customers, after 3 weeks waiting for my order, I was told after contacting them that my order had been processed, this means nothing.

I just want to be informed, not deliberately misled.

I ordered items 3 weeks ago so I suppose coming from Germany not too bad. What I think is wrong it says Peter Hahn Uk. For my item it said in stock . Another item not in stock. I assumed in stock meant in the Uk. The company should state very clearly that your item is not in Uk it is in Germany and will take minimum 4 weeks. They never bother to get in touch with an update either. Will never order again. I have cancelled my order but I’m sure I will be told it’s too late. We have such good service and products in the Uk I’m so angry I bothered to place my order with this company .
