Efficient and prompt survey, clear report, good advice and job well done

Mark Patrick did a great job of identifying exactly what needed checking and doing and the quickest and easiest way to do it. No upselling. Service was fantastic, treatment was thorough and properly documented. It took place halfway through a kitchen refurb and the guy who performed the treatment lifted a floor and put it all back in such a tidy way that my kitchen guy called me up to check if anyone had been.

Couldn't give the company & the lads (oh and Karen for her pleasant phone manner) who done the work any less than 5 star. From the survey to the actual job itselfJohn & Graeme were excellent from start to finish. Turned up on time,very respectful, kept me updated, also very clean amd tidy. Standard of finish is outstanding. We would definitely use the company in future!

Bill came and carried out a very professional and comprehensive Damp survey in response to my inquiry with Rentokil. No hard sell just good, honest practical advice for action to take before moving on to more expensive remedies. Followed up with email of survey and has also responded to further phone inquiries. I could highly recommend Bill to anyone who has Damp issues which need investigation. Chris

Every technician in the team worked knowledgeably and efficiently, and was unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. Worse service ever, they spent most of the day smoking cigs on the front! Walls still damp a month after! Texture is like sandpaper really bad cowboy job! Told it could take a year to dry out so cant decorate till at least 12 months! Making my mental health deteriorate daily! Would not recommend!!!

Had a great experience with Peter Cox. Colin (in Glasgow) who did the woodworm treatment for my loft was very informative. He was efficient and left the house tidy afterwards. I would recommend Peter Cox.

I found the company to be very professional throughout the whole process. The surveyor produced a convincing analysis of my problems with suggested solutions. The team that completed the work, Evert and Billy, were extremely competent, friendly and respectful. Evert, the more experienced worker, was particularly skilful and good at problem solving

The Peter Cox employee called Chris, tall skinny lad. Uses our site for waste recycling (Ramsay Skip hire). Everytime he comes into our lochee depot he's chatty and helpful, the other day he defrosted my truck windscreen to be helpful, great guy, great employee.

Peter and John were efficient, pleasant and tidy. It was a pleasure to have them working in my house.

I instructed works following a comprehensive survey.

There were a few scheduling issues with getting some of the works completed, but following intervention from a senior manager this was all resolved very quickly.

I received the relevant guarantees through the post for the work undertaken.

I have a lot more work to do on my house and will be using Peter Cox again for expert advice and treatment of the damp issues

Arranged for a damp proof surveyor to come out to our property, was available to attend within 2 days of booking. The surveyor seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. From the visit on the 23/10 today 28/11 we are still waiting for the report. Despite several times contacting Peter Cox and despite several promises for a phone call back the report nor a phone call back has been received. Just out of pocket of nearly £400 with nothing to show. Abysmal service from Peter Cox.

Always efficient, on time and detailed reports received, Mark Partick does our surveys and is super efficient.

A professional company that I woukd highly recoomend.

As the work has not yet started, I can only comment on the survey and arrangements made so far which have been fine and as expected from previous experience of this firm and their surveyor Mark Patrick. Mark has successfuly completed surveys in the past for me.
