Personalization Mall Recenzje

I purchased an order for one of my co-workers who just lost her dog. I wanted it to be special so I made sure I clicked the box for having the gift placed in a gift box so that it would be a nice presentation. The gift arrived at the office and it was just thrown in a fedex bag and the designed pillowcase was not even put on the pillow. I was sodisappointed that I called up PMall. The lady in a customer was extremely rude and stated that my order did not state that I wanted a gift box. I reviewed my order before I submitted it and the box that needed to be checked off to include a gift box was there and they're telling me it wasn't. They offered me a $5 discount on my next order which i'm definitely not going to be placing. I told her that was unacceptable and unreasonable. She said in a very nasty manner, "then what do you want"? I told her I wanted to get off the phone so I could get on the computer and give you guys the worst review. I hung up on her and here I am. I also ordered an item a little over a year ago and I paid for expedited shipping. And the person did not get it for almost 3 weeks. I do not trust this company and I will never order from them again!! And by the way, for the person reading this review that represents their company, you need to hire better customer service!

This site was very easy to navigate and I am very happy with the item I purchased and the quick time in which delivery was made

It was easy to find what I was looking for and personalizing it as well. The delivery time it took was quick and I’m happy with this purchase. Thank you to all who worked in making this canvas memorable for us all.

Personalization Mall is the go to for person items. Great products and fast delivery

I had such a lovely experience with Personalization Mall ! The Ballerina Musical Jewelry Box I ordered was beautifully personalized, arrived perfectly packaged, and exceeded my expectations. Such a thoughtful, high-quality touch highly recommend!

Quality service, packaging, products the works! Ordered several times.

This quality is excellent and the product is just what I wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary

I have been buying items from Personalization Mall for several years and have never had a problem with their products or shipping of items. As a matter of fact, their products arrive much quicker than anticipated and the quality is top notch.

The quality and the memory photos on the blanket just makes you appreciate it muchore!

Great customer service from PMall. My product was delayed and tracking hadn’t been updated for a few days. It was the weather. I emailed the company and received an immediate response which I didn’t expect so fast. Thank you

I ordered a personalized apron on a whim! I like to cook and bake a lot. I inherited the nickname Bumpy many years ago and the family started calling me Bumpy Crocker. And said I needed an apron stating that. Anyway, I wasn't really expecting it to be this high quality. The fabric is very durable and the embroidery is top notch. Not disappointed in the least. Highly recommend!

I ordered an item on Jan 24. They said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Guess what? It won't come until Feb 3! It's totally useless to me because it will arrive AFTER we have our celebration. It's our 57th wedding anniversary. Who knows if we will make it to our 58th anniversary! I am furious. Don't trust this company!

I have ordered many products from this company and they never disappoint

I love the stockings and the ornaments that we order every year!

This company offers great prices with great quality items. I have been purchasing for years from here and never disappointed. I recommend personalization mall to everyone I know.

I would give this zero if I could! I ordered 5 ornaments fir my siblings since we just lost our mom. When i received them the heads were chopped off. I emailed the company and received no response. I sent a follow up email and they answered saying upon review the results would be the same that they would give me 50% credit to shop their site. I don't want to shop their shitty site I want a Full refund or fix the problem!! The kicker is the sample they sent me looks nothing like the ornaments i got. I would have been happy with those. Do better personalization mall. Get it together or fix the way you upload and crop pictures. I'll be sure to let everyone know to go sonewhere else!

I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years now. They never disappoint me. I will continue to shop with them. Thank you! 5 stars baby

Have been purchasing from Personalization Mall for a little over 2 years now and wish I had found them sooner. Everything I have purchased has been excellent quality, exactly as item was described on their site, arrived on time (and sometimes earlier than expected), well packaged and exceeded my expectations. This is my #1 go to store for gifts and I typically purchase every month or so. Their items are unique and thoughtful. Personalization Mall is the perfect place to shop as you will find something for anyone you know. Highly Recommend!

Affordable gifts that look like the preview. Shipping was quick and each one came in a box, which was great for transporting mugs to work.
