Tarnished Necklace
Bought a necklace from this company, the necklace was in a knot not attached to the black backing ( just rattling around in the box). As for the engrave silver box it came in, it was scratched and tarnished. Would of returned it, but needed to give it as a present the next day from our colleagues.

Excellent service, high quality engraving
I recently had some Hip Flasks personally engraved as wedding presents for my Groomsmen. This took only 2 weeks and they arrived engraved in a nice presentation box and bag. Great service, would highly recommend!

Speedy and Quality
Was really impressed given that I had left the christening present to the last moment. Ordered and delivered within a week. Looks very impressive. Am sure the baby will love it in 18 years!!

Very disappointed.
Item was scuffed, and covered in brass. I would return if I had time but the item is a birthday gift. Very disappointed.

UNHAPPY BRIDE
I wanted some glass tankards to give to the best men and my uncle on my wedding day to say thank you for taking part.
Imagine my embarrassment when on the day itself I had to give my uncle his present with his name spelt wrong!!!
My Fiance received the tankards about 10 days before the wedding but didnt initially open them as he was waiting for me to come home (I was away for the weekend). As soon as I saw the mistake I called up and infromed you of the error and was told a new one would be sent out............
Now at this time my Fiance was at home ALL day, Everyday, until the day before the wedding (01/09)
Nothing was delivered. No-one knocked on our door.
On the day itself I had to hand over this glass to my uncle and tell him that the spelling was incorrect but I will get a new one for him after the wedding....... I was mortified.
After my honeymoon I returned to find an email asking me if I still wanted the item... well of course I bloody did.
I now have it. But needless to say I was very much NOT impressed by the service and the inconvenience and embarrassment it caused me on my wedding day..

Unfortunately sometimes mistakes are made on personalised products, but as soon as we are made aware of the problem we will always send a replacement out as soon as possible. We apologise that the replacement was delayed and arrived after the wedding but we hope that the customer is happy with the replacement .

Excellent quality products for a good price.
I needed some engraved glass tankards as presents for my wedding party next year. The engraving was flawless and the presentation boxes are fantastic quality. I will definately use this company again.

Delivered late got the message wrong
Not great. Had to call twice to chase where the order was and why I hadn't received it. Was told first time I would have a call back but never did. I requested to change the delivery address which never happened, and when it finally arrived the message was slightly wrong.
