Personalised Cremation Urns 

I loved the product and it arrived quicky. Something that you value when you are bereaved.

The container was of good quality for the price, although, as it turned out, not quite big enough to hold all the cremains. This is the only quibble I had with an otherwise easy and speedy service. If the container had been of adequate size, I would have given five stars.

The service was excellent & the plaque was lovely but the gold writing has faded a great deal (with the weather) as expected but happened rather fast...It is really looking shabby now & will be needing touched up.....Have given 4*s for great service just a little disappointed with the writing.... The plate on the urn was scratched, the screws were so tight they had to be take out with a force and new holes and screws replaced.

Our experiance was awful. We'd just suffered the loss of our 2 dogs and went to your site of which the urns were beautiful. We ordered 2 and sent the dates and names to have them engraved. When we recieved them we'd got bits of each date mixed up on each script. We were so dissapointed and upset so we rang. To be told by a bolshy person that it was our fault and that it how we'd sent them to be done. I know we were upset but we were not downright stupid liked they implied. We had a refund for the boxes but we paid 2 lots of £10 postage we they said coz of OUR!!!!!! mistake couldnt be refunded.

This service is what it says, great communication and understanding, with a great arrangement of reasonably priced merchandise to suit all. I highly recommend them at a difficult time.

They met our requirements without question and in a very professional manner at a time that was difficult for us. The products more than met our expectations when poor quality or service would have had its worst possible impact.

The quality of the urn SLEEPING with ANGELS is a 100% a little small for my ashes but still very nice

The excellent Memorial plaque as shown on the website was nothing like what arrived. It was miniscule, with poor quality engraving and has not survived adequately outside - which is where, presumably, most are expected to be.

The website itself left much to be desired by way of information readily available

The attitude of the staff was brusque and disinterested.

I was a little worried to buy an urn on the internet, but I could not find what I wanted elsewhere. I need not have been concerned, as the service was great, the urn arrived fast, and was good quality and as I wanted.

The urn for my dog was beautiful and perfect for him , it is good quality and the personalised engraving makes it really special.

Beautiful item but the bottom fell off as the screws were not going through the threads proberly. Had to use superglue
