Paid for signed shipping online and got economy label
I bought hub rings and paid online for international shipping. Performance alloys messaged me to tell me that with what I paid for they could not ship as international signed for. It was shipped with economy label. Its been 2 weeks and the package did not arrive, surprise surprise.

I am sorry to see this review. When you placed your order we advised that Royal Mail were experiencing delays sending abroad due to an international cyber incident. You replied by sending a link to a bulletin showing services were back to normal and asked me to proceed with sending the order, which we obliged. I also advised that for what you paid, we could only send the order on a international economy service, or give you the choice to pay an extra amount for it to be tracked via a courier which you did not want to do. Feel free to email us back and we can try our best to come to arrangement that suits you.

Probably the best service I’ve received from a company. Ever.
Firstly, I purchased my alloy as an individual- needed a new one (not a set of 4) after hitting a pot hole.
Secondly, a great price. I was frankly shocked considering what I paid for 4 new from R-tec 2 years ago.
Thirdly, it arrived next day.
Fair play, very happy and will order again (hopefully I will avoid pot holes)

There was a delay with my order due to the part ordered not being in stock. Andy sent me an email to let me know that there is going to be a delay and gave me a timeframe for when the part will be shipped out.
Parts arrived as described, shipped via DHL so no issues with delivery.

Order was fine but since getting them…
Order was fine but since getting them fitted I have had a warning light on my tpms system. I suspect the tpms sensors have not been fitted I can't see any sensors on the wheels. Could you please check on this.

I am sorry this hasnt been a 5 star experience.
I recieved your email about the TPMS and i have replied. The TPMS have been fitted by our tyre fitter but in some cases you need to visit a garage with an OBD tool to link your cars computer system up with the sensors.

These guys a the best, I needed a 20”alloy for a bmw just the one,I was in touch with so many other shops none of which were any help…rang these guys they were so helpful and I was sorted immediately.. had delivery within 24hours very impressive…I would recommend this company to anyone I know… thanks again

Nothing short of exceptional
Nothing short of exceptional. Being in the US, they had a set of wheels that you literally cannot by anymore. (Think I got the last set). Jason was excellent and shipping was extremely affordable and fast from the UK to the States. Will do business again and will refer out at any chance I get.
