I switched from coffee to matcha a while ago, and it’s still hard to find places that sell good-quality matcha. Unfortunately, the Strawberry Matcha Latte from PerfectTed was a complete waste of money. I couldn’t even finish the can. The artificial strawberry flavor completely overpowered the matcha, making it taste unpleasant. Definitely not something I would buy again.

It makes my day when my perfected order arrives. Cant remember life without my matcha. Also excellent customer service! Strawberry matcha makes my knees go weak ❤️

I contacted PerfectTed with basic wholesale questions for a new café. One question about pricing was answered eventually, but it was still unclear whether I was dealing with a person or an AI-assisted system. My follow-up question about café support and display materials was never answered.

Instead, I ended up stuck in a strange loop of AI-assisted replies, with no clear human response.

For a potential B2B customer choosing a supplier, this was confusing, frustrating and humiliating.

The very low price of Japanese ceremonial-grade matcha also makes me personally question the authenticity of the product.

We have decided to use another supplier, where the process was easier, clearer and more respectful.

We have also advised another nearby café owner to consider doing the same.

Customer service is horrific. Won’t reply to me even though my order never delivered

I’ve tried Matcha before and I really didn’t enjoy it (couldn’t figure out what the fuss was about), but then I tried PerfectTed Matcha Latte Vanilla and it was soooo good! Smooth, creamy, delicious tasting. I’m a matcha convert!

I am so pleased with my matcha kit I got from PerfectTed, I thought that what you got for your money was so worth it. I can easily spend £6 on a matcha at a coffee shop, and this kit has already made it worth it financially. The kit is really easy to use, you can't really go wrong with the making of matcha. I don't do it perfectly, and I know people spend a lot of time, but a quick whisk and you're done. It tastes great, exactly like it would from a cafe. I love the colours of the sets, and they seem really good quality. I also got a few freebies as I spent a certain amount and just feel it really adds to the purchase when they appreciate your custom. I would highly recommend, and have already recommended this set to a few friends. It's helpful to find products in supermarkets too. Delivery of the set was quick and came well protected. I've also had interaction with the customer service team and they were super quick to respond and helpful, a great company to purchase from.

I came across it because I follow Steven Bartlett who is one of the investors and I got it firstly as a powdered version, and really loved it.
I love that recently the range has expanded substantially so while I do Instagram content I thought to try the new white chocolate matcha from the fridge isle in Tesco. Not all matcha is tasty especially not tye ceremonial grade but Perfect Ted is amazing every time. I love it as a latte in chilled version on hot summer days. Plus it's so convenient to just grab it and pour it ready from a can! 10/10! Quality, taste and reasonable price!
I am also a neurodiversity advocate and supporting another neurodivergent person who has created Perfect Ted is an honour.

Incredibly poor all around. I’ve had everything from problems with returning Perfect Ted cans to get money back on them, and trying to get that solved (hours of hassle and emailing), to issues with the checkout on their website where orders can’t be placed to buy their product, to customer service literally ignoring part of my emails and only answering the parts they feel like answering. I’m not one for reviews normally but I’ve never had such a frustrating and time consuming experience for something that should be so easy.

Perfect Ted are leading the way in the matcha retail space, bringing matcha a a wider audience. Their products are easy to use and taste great. Their energy range is Perfect and I can’t wait to see what else they bring out.

Tried Perfect Ted Matcha in a can for the first time today and I enjoyed it so much. I’m not normally a caffeine drinker but reading the positive effects of matcha I knew I had to give this a try. Definitely going to incorporate Perfect Ted into my daily routine now!

PerfectTed Vanilla Matcha powder has been instrumental in helping me heal my gut from a prolific H Pylori infection. I use a heaped teaspoon of this in a cup of boiled water twice a day, and this has genuinely been more effective in improving my quality of life than all of the other Dr prescribed regimens! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a known H Pylori infection, as it is much more palatable than standard green tea and typically contains more EGCG. I'm finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel after a long journey of poor gut health.

I love that Perfect Ted is available in cans, I’ve always been a fan of Matcha ‘Perfect Ted’ is the perfect blend and completely delicious, my favourite is the Matcha Latte Vanilla is hits the spots especially in this heatwave.

I love the vanilla matcha powder! It makes it so easy to make a delicious matcha at home! Has a nice sweetness to it aswell. Definitely will repurchase 🫶🏼

This drink was very refreshing, I particularly enjoyed sharing it with my girls and I recommend having it ice cold.

Missing item with order and no help at all. Customer service would not listen to me.

Picked up a PerfectTed drink from Tesco and was pleasantly surprised. The flavour was really refreshing and easy to drink not overly sweet and tasted lighter than I expected. I also liked that it gave me a nice little boost without tasting too artificial. Definitely one I’d pick up again when I want something different from my usual drink choices.

This is the first matcha I’ve actually liked! The strawberry matcha latte was so tasty!
