Did not have a great experience with this company

Perfectclick.ai can generate leads, but my experience had issues, Mainly with customer service, communication, and billing.

For context, I stopped using them because I generated more leads on my own using Facebook ads with a lower cost. While using perfectclick.ai I had $900/Month budget but I was charged over $1,000, even after I already cancelled, Which was In late May 2024! While trying to get details on why my budget was overspent their responses we're late and dismissive by my account manager and their customer service team.

But when I did get a response from my account manager and their customer service team, they explained that Google PPC ads bills charges on the 1st of every month, and that would be the final charge. So, being charged on June 1st 2024 made sense, since I just cancelled in late May 2024. However, I was then charged once more by Google ads the next month on July 1st 2024.

So, when I reached out again I was told to take it up with Google, because even though the campaign was under their management and should have been stopped after cancellation like the customer service team said It was, somehow it's Googles fault.

While I did receive leads the massive amount of dollars I "made" is based on potential income of a $30,000 figure not actual completed work.

Overall, my review reflects my full experience, not just one charge or situation. As it’s clear, my review was posted on June 2nd, 2024 — not July 1st — so some of the explanations given in their responses our inaccurate. I just expected better communication and transparency from PerfectClick.AI.

If a company can’t accurately represent a customers experience and instead chooses to twist details, it raises serious concerns about how they handle other aspects of their service. To be fair, they did generate some leads, which is the only real positive from my experience.

I also have proof of everything stated, and if they’d like me to provide it, they’re more than welcome to reach out! But based on everything I dealt with, I would only recommend them as a last resort.and I wish them the best in addressing concerns raised by other customers!

I recently had some issues with my Google Ad account where I had no calls from prospective customers for roughly 2 weeks! Eric from Perfect Click was not only responsive to my grave concerns, but he also got into grinding mode to make sure this issue was resolved in a timely manner. Not only that, but right after the ad calls returned, a disgruntled customer who dealt with another company, mistakenly posted a negative review on our company's Google Reviews Page which would have no doubt negatively impacted our score/rating. Even though this had nothing to do with Perfect Click, I told Eric about it, and instead of offering sympathies, he immediately sent a message to the Google Team, who subsequently deleted the review. I am extremely satisfied with Eric and the Team at Perfect Click and would (and have been) refer them to anyone looking to grow their business!!

Great lead generation from perfect click 5 out 5 rating every time

I switched to perfectclick after using another company for six months and within 2 weeks they were already getting me better results.

This service is very good. The leads are good customers and it has helped me to grow my business.

I was recommended by a friend and so far the results have been impressive. It took a week or so to get going but I’m now getting consistent jobs. It’s still pretty early but so far the quality has been much better than the leads I’ve purchased in the past. They make it really easy to get started. The customer service is also in the US which helps if you have questions. Good company and good service.

Finally something that just works! Perfect click is half the cost of doing Google ads and the leads are just as good if not better. Every now and then we might get one from outside our area but overall this company is ten times better than anything else out there. They are one of the few ad companies that actually does what they say they are going to do with no surprises and is worth the money.

Good results so far.

We just started, but the experience so far has been impressive. Everything is very fast. I spoke to two other companies who said it would take several months to get results. PerfectClick tells you it only takes a week or so to get results, which I was skeptical of since everyone else said much longer, but I have to say these guys know what they are doing because we did get calls our first week and closed two jobs.

PerfectClick is one of the best ways to get customers. The lead cost is close to half of what we were paying before and the quality is overall good. Every now and then we might get a bad lead but still much better than anything else I’ve tried.

Perfect Click AI is a scam. Stay away.
I repeatedly asked to be shown the work they are doing to improve my SEO, and they ignored every one of my emails.
I also asked for an invoice, which they never provided. Altogether, five of my emails went ignored.

I've been using PerfectClick for both advertising and their answering service. Very pleased with the results.

I’ve used a lot of lead services in the past with mixed results. Perfect Click has so far delivered on their promises and is a good value for the money.

Good method for bringing in new clients to the practice

We use a variety of lead sources to generate clients for our business. PerfectClick has been our most reliable source. Their customer service is impressive. The reps are always knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of, which is more than I can say for most of the other companies we have worked with. The lead quality has been very good. We find that customers are more interested and easier to get ahold of with PerfectClick. Not cheap but definitely a good value.

Great to work with. It's nice to get the service that Eric and his team give. We get calls everyday from different "marketers" and once you try a few different ones, you can can tell the difference in quality that Perfect click delivers on all fronts. Our R.O.I. has been as good if not better than any other company we've used. Thank you and it's been a pleasure working with you.
