just picked up my new car, had the help of Jack Alexander. He was amazing and helped me through every stage of the sale. He was genuinely interested in what would be best for me, and was not pushy regarding anything. I would highly recommend dealing with Jack and thankyou so much again!

Don't change vehicles that often so was not looking forward to the purchasing process. The sales representative Scott (Player) at penton Christchurch managed my whole buying process seamlessly. After sending vehicle spec to Scott, the Penton team located a very good vehicle that fitted my needs. He kept me informed at all times (a rare skill these day!) and the vehicle was ready on the day said. I inspected the vehicle thoroughly and except for the odd little thing (which was remedied quickly) the vehicle was in fine order. Overall, a very good buying experience.

I chose Pentons of Salisbury out of several other dealers as Oakley was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, spent a lot of time explaining about the controls etc and there was no "hard sell". He was very friendly and was genuinely keen to make sure I was completely happy with the car and the whole transaction, even rang me a couple of days after to see if I had any questions and that I was happy, which I was. I would recommend Pentons of Salisbury and particularly Oakley to anyone.

We called into Penton MG on the off chance and without an appointment with a view to upgrading out MG5. Wilfie was easy to deal with, there was no pressure, no hard sales waffle just a common sense, knowledgeable approach with a dash of humour! The actual trade-in and purchase was straightforward and drama free. Great service.

Oakley was friendly, helpful and did exactly what he said he was going to do. On handover he was superb and showed me how the car and the gadgets worked.

Had a first class experience today with Penton Peugeot at Poole. The air con had failed on my Peugeot 208 and Penton sorted it out and replaced the gas in an hour. The job was done at exactly the quoted price so I'm delighted.

We had a great experience buying a car from Penton Bournemouth East in May. We had an invitation to test drive of the new C3 petrol variant. Our Sales exec, Scott Player, introduced us to the demonstrator, and we had ample time to test it out on the local roads. As a result, we were "sold" on the new design. Penton gave us an excellent exchange deal on our older C3. We opted to order a new C3 to our colour spec which arrived 4 weeks later. He was obviously very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and avoided the usual long sales talk about extras. Even though we only went over for a road test we ended up buying a beautiful new Blue C3. Thank you Scott you are a credit to your company.

Pentons Salisbury. Matt was the Sales Executive that sold us our current vehicle. We appreciated being allowed to view a number of vehicles & us that approached him requesting a test drive, rather than be pounced on by an over eager salesman. From the point of our decision to purchase a vehicle Matt's serviced was exemplary. We felt under no pressure to purchase. The process & procedures from there on we're simple & straight forward. We were clearly taken through additional options available e.g. extended warranty, service schedule.
On pick up day Matt again went through everything thoroughly & clearly ensure we were comfortable with the car & additional items we had purchased..Matt has subsequently checked that everything is ok with the vehicle. We would definitely buy from Matt & Pentons again.

Great facility nice clean and fresh .the coffee was good as well . Harry was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. Our car was very well presented and we had plenty of time to overview the vehicle at our leisure. We would definitely come back for future business.
