Lovely to find a stockist of WATERMAN PENS. Had a slight problem but the after sales service was great and now the problem has been solved. Definite one stop place for all things pens, especially fountain pens.

Excellent Customer Service
In July 2022, I bought a Parker Sonnet Premium fountain pen (£230), in January 2023, I noticed that there was a defect on the nib which was affecting the way it writes. I promptly got in touch with customer services who sent me a new nib which works perfectly and saving me having to buy a new nib for £80. I would definitely recommend this company as they provide excellent products at excellent process al the while providing brilliant customer service.

Ordered a Parker Pen for a Christmas gift along with a book, both arrived promptly and were much appreciated. Would order again :)

Needed parcel to go to work address. At check out company not on the label but was in my account address !! I emailed to ask why, Chris was amazing, said to place my order and he would make sure it was on there. I emailed him my order number and received an email back, confirming company name was on the label.
I paid for a quicker delivery £3 and it arrive very very quickly.
The pen is a gift and I’m very happy with it.

I ordered some pencil leads which arrived quickly and appear to be as described. I know this isn't anything to get too excited about, but I'd been let down twice by a supplier via Amazon so it's reassuring to know that reliable alternatives still exist.

ordered a two-toned nib but received a regular. got in touch with CS and was promised that the issue be resolved once "the boss is back from vacation". It's been months since boss's vacation and a follow-up email has not got any response.
My suggestion for non-UK or EU customers: skip this merchant or try at your own risk. I'm done with pen heaven for sure!

I placed an order with Pen Heaven late on the day before the Jubilee Bank Holiday.
The Company was running a special deal if your order was more than £20.00 you could use a code and get a fountain pen free. When I placed the order I did not scroll down to enter the code I realised my mistake and sent en email explaining my error. On the following Monday I received a reply from Chris to say he had put this right and sent the free gift with my order. On Wednesday I received my order along with the free gift, the company did not have to do this as it was my mistake entirely. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond in this matter.
I would not use any other company for my stationery needs, any time I place an order it arrives well packaged and very quickly even though I live in Ireland. They have such a large stock of items at excellent prices

Had a problem with a pen that was bought as a gift from Pen Heaven I contacted them to see if anything could be done about it. Chris advised me to return the pen which i did to see if they could repair it or send it back to the manufacturer, Chris then emailed me to say they had managed to fix the pen and it was posted back to me. Chris was so helpful and he and the team at Pen Heaven definitely get 5 stars from me. A great company to deal with. Thank you Chris and the team

I ordered an engraved pen for a birthday.
Was sent out the next day and arrived in good time for the big day. Everything as described and a top quality experience from product to gift wrapping. No hesitation in recommending.

I have ordered a Limited Edition Black Waterman Fountain pen and Ball Point pen. These are very good quality although they are not a 'deep black' colour, more of a Gunmetal Black, and the service was first class.
I have just ordered a Cross Bailey Matte Black Ball Point pen and the quality again is fantastic. The service i have received from Pen Heaven has been great. All three pens that I have ordered have been delivered quickly. I would highly recommend Pen Heaven.

Bought a pen as a gift for my daughter, I asked if they could engrave an astrological sign onto the pen, which isn't a standard request. Chris from customer service asked me to send an image, and had the workshop try it out before engraving mine.

The pen is absolutely perfect, and delivered very quickly. Amazing service.

Received a beautiful engraved pen from my colleagues on leaving a business after 32 years service in 2018. On using it I found the nib frustrating in that it was a little scratchy and didn't leave ink on page consistently. I put it aside and hadn't used it until recently. Tried it again, same outcome!
As it had been a gift I had no receipt but I did find a little tag in the box with Pen Heaven and telephone number on. Rang up on Tuesday (18th Jan) and talked to Aneta and explained situation that I was sad not to use the pen. Aneta asked me to write a short note with details and send it to her. I did so and received it back this morning (Thursday 20th Jan) with a new nib and ink holder. Aneta rang me yesterday to explain what she had kindly done. The pen is so much better.
I cannot say how grateful I am for what Aneta and Pen Heaven have done and without any fuss or questioning me unnecessarily or charging me. Truly touched and thank-you! Richard

Purchased a LAMY Al-Star and a fitting converter for a good price, and paid $10CAD for shipping to Canada with a no customs fees garuntee. Ordered on Dec. 31st, received Jan.11. Overall experience was very smooth, items came in good condition, and no customs fees. Great seller with great prices and shipping.

I cannot praise this company enough for their outstanding customer service. Despite a very modest order to them, the staff were remarkably attentive to a small change in the order with exchanges of polite emails. They made prompt adjustments to ensuring I was kept fully informed and happy with the final order. Personal attention was second to none with swift delivery and beautiful packaging.

Spent ages looking for Lamy eraser refill online at reasonable cost. Was attracted here because it clearly said FREE UK postage on product page, but when you go to checkout postage is £2 and no way to select free postage. Wasted my time and even more writing this review!

Received a personalised Parker pen as a gift. First time I went to use it, it did not work. Looked at the ink cartridge, clearly this had already been well used. Shocking.
