Order made and paid in full. Nothing received. Apparently everything is sent via unregistered mail. Sporadic response to queries on status. Repeated requests for refund have not been answered after 6 months of waiting. Avoid this company. There are others better.

Dear Pegatin

What you have sent me is 1 piece of print, where everything is connected in one piece, for example the one with white writing and 5 rows with my name which is 1 piece. How do you intend to put it on my bike?

Unfortunately I don't think you can deliver a proper job, which is why I would like to ask for my money back!

I expect you to have sent me my money back to my account within a week!

This is the worst form of customer service I have ever experienced.

Stickers were never delivered despite numerous follow up promises. Recommend not to use them.

On December 7th, I bought a set of stickers. I never received anything. I strongly advise against it — it’s an absolute scam. A bunch of thieves who don’t respond to emails.

Great customer support - communication was good when my order was initially awol. They emailed me, got a different address, and got it sent out ASAP...And followed up!
