I needed insurance to cover a bike rental while on holiday. A brief call to Pedal Cover where the agent was really helpful and got me set up with what I needed. Price was very competitive and reasonable. Let us get on with our holiday and biking with peace of mind. Would definitely use again.

The experience was great. Price is reasonable and allows a fair amount of customisation (e.g. include battery theft for ebikes). Initially, I couldn't find an email confirmation of my policy, but following advice from pedal cover, I found it in the span folder.

Hi Robert, I think it is unfair to have left us a 1* review. As stated in the eligibility criteria at the point of purchase, cover can only be issued where a trip has not yet commenced - you acknowledged you were fully aware of this and purchased the cover regardless. Accurate quote and very competitive prices! Over £200 cheaper than my previous insurance provider for 2 ebikes. Add ons were easily applied and website easy navigate with online form easy to complete. Logged in very quickly and setup account with ease. Got initial quotes through bikeradar, so recommend!!
