Avoid! They don't have any stock, drop ship from other companies then lie about delivery time and time again. Had my money over a week and promised 3/4 times it would be delivered. Shocking service, its cheap for a reason!

What a joke this place is.
Waited 12 days for delivery still didn’t deliver after giving me a definite delivery date. make sure you give yourself the lead time to do the job you’re doing. Better still buy elsewhere.

Incredibly rude and arrogant customer serivce. Seem to think it's acceptable for them to park length ways across 4 spaces in a public car park and then blame the person calling them out on it. Wouldn't trust them to do any work at all if this is how they treat the general public.

Their website is clear and easy to use. The items I chose were easy to pay for, and their delivery team were pleasant and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone. A++++

However, for 2 days I have spent sooo long on hold trying to get through to their number to ask a simple question and I have been unsuccessful. this is beyond a joke.

Stay clear! This is a company that sells other people's products, they are middlemen.
Before I ordered I called up to ask about delivery times, they promised Monday or Wednesday the week after, which I thought was great. (polycarb sheets cut to size)

We only received one third of our order. When chased, they blamed another company for not sending us the items.

TWO weeks later, I get very rude replies on email where they take no responsibility and don't have any new delivery dates. Just 'wait and see'....

Still only received one out of three parts of the order we paid for.

no one answers the telephone and then you will be cut off. Go to Eurocell as these are cowboys trying to make money by acting as middlemen

Bought a door for over £1,000 and they ordered it with estimated sizes which were bigger than the size required, blamed someone else for doing this, I was told it would be another 3 weeks before delivery, then when I said the sizes were wrong they said it was too late the door had been made !!

All contents correct as agreed over the phone. Thank you for that contact and query about the colour - it was to be painted anyway with red masonry paint to match the rest.
Though the package was still sealed it was very easy to open and a piece of sellotape is recommended !

Whilst the product seems fine (canopy) customer service is really lacking. Before purchase I asked a few simple questions about dimensions but they could give no answer and just directed me to the instruction manual, which did not cover what I was asking. I asked to visit the company to check the colour of the canopy (I wanted brown ,so wanted to check the shade) and also get my own measurements, but was told they did not have any in stock and had no samples of the colours so had to order on pictures alone. After about three weeks I had to chase up when item was to be delivered as I had not heard anything and when I got a date booked time off work. Day arrived (Wednesday)and no carport. I rang company asking what is happening and they took my number and promised a return call, that call never arrived so I rang again, staff said it was being delivered that day (it was about 3:30pm at this stage) and that staff would chase it up. At 4:45pm, still no reply and still no canopy so I rang again to get an automated message that office shuts at 4:30pm....as I expected the canopy did not arrive. I rang again the following day (Thursday) and company said it could be delivered that day, which normally would have been fine but I was going to work and did not want an expensive canopy just left in my drive so a delivery for the following day arranged (Friday) and this was by email. I work shifts so arrived home at 10:30pm that day (Thursday) to find a canopy just dumped in my drive and a box with all hardware etc left on my doorstep, everything in full view of public, I then had to clear my drive late at night so I could get my car on. what's more annoying is that I had told company in an email that morning I was at work and did not want items just left in my drive, hence it was arranged for the next day for when I would be there. I sent an email to company asking their reasons and to date I have received nothing back. I was really disappointed with customer service, the actual product I have no issues with and was going to order some windows from the company but after this experience I think I will go elsewhere.
