Brilliant rack for anyone wanting and proper MTB ebike rack. Also guys where a lot of help before purchasing.

Bought different version of Pendle bike rack as we have electric bikes as well now-great design-only thing I would like is some sort of protective rubber underneath rack on the corners so paint doesn’t come off or come off onto stone drive if your a bit rough with it ( ie husband 😂) Easy to use, straps much better as give more flexibility to attach to bikes, don’t scratch. Very good value compared to other makes I researched. Great all round.

Just bought a roof rack for an eMTB. Excellent piece of kit. Really solid, no plastic, good solid metal construction.
If you attach the bike to the rack, then lift the whole thing onto the car, it’s really simple. I drive a Yeti and even with a high roof it was easy to put the bike on the roof. It’s a 2 man job due to weight of the bike and rack.

Had a rack from Pendle 25+ years ago, the new one is as good as the original one was.

Very helpful, easy to talk to and when my bike rack came the next day I was very pleased with the quality of build and powder coating, judging by the build ill not need another rack but if I did id happily recommend one of these as we say in Glasgow "Clyde Built"

The delivery was really quick. I had ordered an extra security plate not knowing that it came with one. Pendle emailed me and asked if I really needed a second one. And refunded me for the one I didn’t need straight away.
First impression when unboxing the rack was how sturdy everything was.
Putting it together was straight forward. It came with all the tools I needed.
I’ve got two ebikes that I need to put on the rack. And I’ve found with my thule rack that they were soo close together that they rubbed.
With this rack there’s a good bit of space that they don’t touch.
With 2 24kg bikes on the back there’s hardly any movement. Soo much more reassuring than when I’d look in the rear view mirror and see them bobbing up and down on the Thule rack.
I was unsure if the tie down straps would come loose in transit. But they don’t. I do use hiplok cable tie’s while transporting. But I’ve always done that. It adds a bit of peace of mind.
I would 100% recommended this rack.

Very useful adaptor to ensure that our original regularly used cycle carrier can continue to be used. Well done Pendle for minimising waste, by creating backward compatible fittings.

Excellent product. I choose the WT+ model because I have a trick and a bike and I didn't find this kind of rack anywhere else in hole Europe. It fits perfectly and what makes this product perfect is that it is adjustable.

This cycle carry rack was packed well and delivered on time, no hassle.

needed an old legacy tow bar mounting block, shown in stock online but them went to out of stock as I went to order, quick call to Pendle and one was found and stock adjusted to allow me to order as planned.
Bit of delay with shipping but no real issue.

A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for!

This would be five star rating but for a fault that stopped one of the main horizontal support bars fitting into the tow bar mounting block. Not a huge issue and I have access to tools that made a fix quickly possible. If you had no tools handy to grind or file some clearance then you would have been stuck. The rack is fantastic and apparently a batch of mounts came out with some heat distortion on the bottom plates - I had one of them! Pendle quick to admit the fault but happy that I had resolved for myself. No big issue for me and the racks are FANTASTIC in terms of solidity and strength. Much better than a plastic Thule.

I picked my trike rack (WT) from their base at Nelson, although they had given me the wrong trike rack, it was a WT+, everything was sorted out very quickly.
I have yet to use the rack out in the field so I'm unable to report how well it functions but this I will do later on.
The rack itself is beautifully made and seems to be very robust, can't wait to try it out.

I am very happy with my ErgoRack. Thanks Pendle! It's very sturdy and confidence inspiring, which is exactly what you want when suspending an expensive mountain bike on the car roof.
Pendle have been great. Very fast and helpful responses and next day delivery. They even sorted me out with some spares, which was above and beyond expectations. Also worth mentioning that this rack fits my XXL Geometron bike, which is pretty much as big as they come, so don't worry, your bike will almost certainly fit! 5 stars, I will probably buy another in the near future to carry friends' bikes

I contacted Customer Services to obtain some spares not available on their spares shop on-line. The support was fast to respond and helped me get what I need.
