Excellent customer service representative.

I received my jacket today. The quality of the item was fantastic, but it was slightly too large in the chest. The customer service representative that assisted me on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I reordered another size with her and she explained in detail the return policy. I look forward to making future purchases with your company.

Ordering by the phone is great

Ordering by the phone is great. Your ordering people are terrific and so willing to assist. Online, it sometimes does not work and I have to call the ordering people. Your sales are great and you have such a wide variety of clothing. I have so far purchase somewhere in the neighborhood of 35-40 shirts and 8-10 pair of pants. Excellent job
