I’m writing this as I felt like I should have been offered a new chest of draws as the draws kept coming open and all they did was give me 2 plastic things to prop the chest of draws up with after paying £100 for the piece of furniture
I now have to balance it back every time I move my room around as I move furniture often
It’s really poor customer service I’m not happy at all
Secondly the mirror on my wardrobe is sprayed on and not even a proper mirror after paying so much for it
I’m really not happy and would never buy anything from pattens ever again

Bought this wardrobe for my granddaughters bedroom here at our house and it fits in perfectly. We already had a chest of drawers that l bought in Devon a few years ago and had given up on trying to match……believe it or not the new wardrobe is a perfect match so couldn’t be more delighted.

Can I just say that Patterns was highly recommended to me by several members of my family who have purchased here for many years. I was so pleased when I visited the store on a couple of occasions to look for a sofa and chairs, The staff were so helpful and friendly without being in your face and following us round. They told me to ask them for help and advise when I was ready. It was no problem to them when I asked them a couple of times to come up to the 1st floor where the sofa's were. They gave good advise with a smile. Thank you for that and I'm now looking forward to getting my new sofa and chairs. Highly recommended both the staff and the amazing choice of furniture etc.

I bought a lovely large wall clock two years ago which is still beautiful and I have had no problem at all with it. Would recommend buying something from this website.

I had a Sherlock chair from here cost me £500 within a few months the leg fell off which I repaired Also I bought a leather sofa cost me £600 after a few months began to peel and go patchy.I emailed 3 times and sent pictures and got no reply .I won't shop here again.

Purchased a self assembly wardrobe and matching drawers for sons bedroom. Sales staff extremely helpful offering good advice without pressuring myself and wife to select the right product. Large choice of items all in stock and delivered in 48 hours. Would recommend.

Outstanding customer service from Pattens,(Helen). We ordered garden furniture and, due to world wide shipping problems, this didn't arrive for many months. During this time, I was kept up dated constantly. Once order arrived, delivery was very quick and 2 delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely have no hesitation recommending and using again.

I've purchased furniture including beds, mattresses, living room furnishings including chairs, sideboards etc. Been shopping here for over 24 years and even purchased carpets, and white goods from the sister store. I'm sure I'll be back when the stuff I've got needs replacing 😉

I have bought many items of furniture, carpets, rugs, and ornaments from Pattens over my years in Wolstanton.
Also my fridge freezer and tumble dryer, and I can honestly say that I have been extremely happy with all my purchases.
I shall return in the New year for new stair and landing carpeting. No complaints at all!
I will not be returning to the large super stores in the future!

Ordered garden furniture in April with an expected delivery date of july and after several delays we finally got it in October, just in time for winter. However, saying that I could not be happier with the product and will at least have my lovely new furniture at the start of next summer.

We purchased and outdoor dining set for the summer earlier this year. Although the weather hasn’t been great we have thoroughly enjoyed out new seating when we could.

We did have a small problem that we noticed after a couple of weeks which was quickly resolved with an exchange of thatitem.

Would definitely recommend.

I always go to patterns first because i get excellent service, excellent prices as well as excellent goods I have never been disappointed once in several years.
