Pass N Go Driving School Recenzje

I couldn’t recommend Rachel highly enough! I passed my driving test today on my very first attempt, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her.

Rachel is an absolutely amazing instructor — patient, professional, supportive, and incredibly good at explaining everything clearly. She helped me build my confidence behind the wheel and always made sure I understood not just what to do, but how to become a safe and confident driver.

I’m truly grateful for all her patience, encouragement, and support throughout my lessons. Passing first time was such an amazing feeling, and I owe a huge part of this achievement to Rachel and her excellent teaching.

Thank you so much, Rachel, for everything! I feel incredibly lucky to have had you as my instructor and would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone learning to drive.

Amazing driving instructor got me from nothing to passing cant thank her more friendly kind and looked after me

Really happy with service my instructor Omar was really good really really good knowledge on rules and excellent instructor all round

Omar is a very good driving instructor who knows absolutely everything about the roads.

I passed today with only 3 minor faults.

My daughter was taking crash course with pass and go the instructors father unfortunately died the week of her test. We contacted pass and go to be told they don’t have there own driving instructors they are all franchisee and there was basically nothing they could do to help us out go through there appeal process. They even said can we not find another instructor to do it as they couldn’t cancel someone else’s lessons who wasn’t taking there test that week as it was unfair to the other person. Then they said could I not hire a car once again at my expense this company is absolute disgrace I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. There call center open 9 till 1 for complaints but there sales team is there all day they care about money and money only not there customers worst company I have ever dealt with ever.

£700 wasted on my first instructor.
I even made a complaint about her (Joanne) and asked to change after my FIRST lesson but nothing happened. I was told there would be a 6 week wait for another instructor and I dont think anyone even looked for someone for me.

My complaint, as below, was never followed up from by the escalation team and no compensation offered after I told them I feel like she wasted 10 weeks of my time and £700 of my money.

I was basically told that the instructors are 'not employees of Pass N Go' - therefore they hold no accountability for the instructors actions, which i think is absolutely terrible.

My original reasons for complaint:

She told me not to book my test in advance (meaning i had to learn wtih her for longer).
She was openly racist and would rant multiple tes every lesson.
She cancelled multiple lessons last minute, which instead of refunding, she reserved lessons which she told me not to accept (fiddling the books).
She caused a negative atmosphere in the car when she got angry.
Her instructions were not clear, then had a go at me if I didnt go the maneuver correctly.
She didnt mark my lessons correctly on my track record.
She asked a few times to change the lesson to suit her, when I said no, she would then cancel the lesson with a poor excuse.
She stopped for a cigarette break mid lesson once.
She didnt actually explain what I had to do in order to fix something I was doing wrong while driving.

I changed instructor myself and already have more confidence after a few lessons compared to 10 lessons with her.

The main thing here is, no accountability for their instructors actions. Plus, they didnt do anything about someone being openly racist.

The good thing was that they quickly gave me my theory test and booked my test date for me although I did have to change that. However they never gave me the lessons as there was no instructor and only told me 9 weeks before my test date.

I wanted to book driving lessons for my daughter and wasn’t sure which was the best option. Emma the advisor was very helpful and supportive and super patient with me. I ended up going for the intensive course. Emma assisted me until the very end. Thank you Emma for your fantastic service. ❤️

Passed 2nd time. Was a stressful experience but worth it at the end, instructor Mohammed Mughal was a very good teacher and helped my back on my feet after I failed

I can’t thank Simon enough for making my driving experience so positive! From the very first lesson he was supportive, patient and really built up my confidence in my ability to pass the test. Every lesson was well structured, encouraging and tailored towards my weaknesses.

Thanks to his excellent teaching I passed my test, which is something I couldn’t do without him.

Thank you so much Simon 🚘🎉

Aaron was an amazing instructor and helped me throughout the journey - it was easy and his tips to parking and many other methods were great

If a PDI fails their third attempt and is no longer able to continue working, should they still be financially responsible for a vehicle lease until the company finds another driver or sells the vehicle?

I joined Pass N Go as a PDI and paid more than £1,600 upfront for my training. Before committing, I was not clearly informed about the financial consequences if I failed my third ADI Part 3 attempt.

After failing, I could no longer continue as a PDI and returned the vehicle, expecting the arrangement to end. Instead, I was told I could remain liable for lease payments until the vehicle was re-leased or sold, potentially until 2027.

I also sent a number of emails to the lease team asking for updates on the progress and what steps had been taken to sell or re-lease the car, but I received no response.

This created a major financial burden that I had not anticipated. My concern is not just the contract itself, but that the full cost and risk were not made clear before I paid more than £1,600 for training and entered into the vehicle arrangement.

Can Pass N Go publicly confirm how many PDIs who failed their third ADI Part 3 attempt were required to continue paying vehicle lease costs after they were no longer permitted to work as instructors?

Thank you for your reply. I have responded through Trustpilot with the information requested.

However, my review also raises a broader question that does not require disclosure of my personal account details:

Can Pass N Go publicly confirm how many PDIs who failed their third ADI Part 3 attempt were required to continue paying vehicle lease costs after they were no longer legally permitted to work as instructors?

This is a general question about your policies and practices, and I believe the answer would help prospective PDIs make a fully informed decision before committing to training and entering into a vehicle lease.

Thank you for confirming that you now believe you have identified my account.

I have already provided my details and sent multiple emails over a considerable period without receiving answers to the questions I raised. Therefore, it is actually I who have been looking forward to hearing from Pass N Go.

Rather than simply asking me to get in touch again, could you please answer the questions I have publicly raised so that current and prospective PDIs can understand what to expect?

In particular, can Pass N Go confirm whether a PDI who fails their third ADI Part 3 attempt may still be required to continue making vehicle lease payments after they are no longer legally permitted to work as a driving instructor, until the vehicle is re-leased or sold?

This is important information that prospective PDIs deserve to know before entering into any agreements. I look forward to a clear and transparent response.

Andrew Robertson is a great driving instructor. He is calm, patient, and taught me everything from the very basics of driving. His clear guidance and encouragement helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and supportive driving instructor.

Mr Mohammed was amazing, I booked an intensive course through pass and go. The process was easy and simple. I was given Mohammed as my instructor, he was very accommodating and did everything he could do to help me pass. Which I did, highly recommend to anyone

I couldn’t recommend Phil highly enough! I passed my driving test first time after just 12 lessons, which is a testament to his excellent teaching.

From day one, Phil was patient, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, built my confidence with every lesson, and always made me feel calm and comfortable behind the wheel. He knew exactly what I needed to work on and tailored each lesson to help me improve quickly.

If you’re looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares about helping you succeed and makes learning to drive an enjoyable experience, Phil is the one to choose. Thank you for all your help, patience, and encouragement—I couldn’t have done it without you!
