Des and Humon were the instructor today at Northolt and we were four of us for the CBT
Right from 8:00am to 2:30pm they were absolutely supportive taking the time in explaining and providing practical training. At the end 3 of us completed and one could not complete his CBT and needed extra training.
The short comings was very clearly explained.
All in all a good day of riding

I had a very disappointing experience at this CBT exam centre. The instructor treated me unfairly and showed clear discrimination during my test. I was told that I was not prepared and was failed without even being given the opportunity to complete the road test.
I believe this decision was made just because one of my answers was incorrect, which is not a fair way to assess a candidate. Instead of guiding me or allowing me to finish the test properly, I was simply sent home.
I expected a professional and supportive environment, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite. I hope the management looks into this matter so that other candidates are treated fairly in the future.

Mr cris is my instructor has been brilliant from day one, 10/10 experience from start to finish.
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Passmaster. My initial contact with them was friendly and easy and I soon got booked in for a chunk of lessons with cris . His teaching methods, patience and encouragement was absolutely wonderful and I can’t thank him enough. Overall an amazing experience ! Thank you !

Hi passed my full A licence today 8/01/ 2026 first time ,so a big thanks to Andy , Hooman & Daz for all your help and support with the first class training, much appreciated, I can't recommend your motorcycle training enough, it's been great fun and I learnt alot with you guys ..so thanks again.

Passmasters instructors who empathise with Riders at an individual level. Their ability to connect and specifically address each person's strengths and weaknesses for safe riding is genuinely appreciated. They don't instruct just for passing mod 1 and mod 2 and but actually make you aware to be a better rider. Moreover, they make the full training sessions fun with light-hearted talks, chats, jokes, stories, and real life experiences which make the instructions come to life. .Thank you to Hooman, Andy and Russell, (and the tall Buddha-like calm guy), I forget his name :-))

AVOID PASSMASTERS BY ALL MEANS!!! They are scammers and have no compassion and empathy for their customers. I have used passmaters before in the past and the owners I spoke to today has made me not ever use pass masters service ever again!!! They use people for oppurtunies and have the audacity to lie to me on the phone. If you are looking for a motorcycle centre, use Circa Motorcycle training centre based in Osterly. The lads there and good, they are also cheaper and most importantly they are HONEST!!! And don't scam their clients! Passmasters will never get a pence from my pocket!

Graham was very knowleadgeable and focused on the safety of the rider and other users.

Had to reschedule but they forcing me to buy another cbt again. MONEY WASTED, AVOID!

I called police 👮‍♀️ emergency complaint .when I called he said me F off my training and go outside and call police . Guy’s if you are Indian. Never ever go pass masters training . skinny Brown screen instructor are racist and before start doing training he asked question like which country your are from ! And how long be in this country . He also told me on my face that I fail 5 Indian in this test bcz they always break law in this country .there not good driver like . He also said you are just coming here for do food delivery 📦. So guys please don’t waste your money here . Please never ever go here for west money. I’ll m going to share with this my experience in all Indian rider group and our Indian community as well with evidence .

Did my CBT with Rish, who was patient and understanding and put effort into assisting me to ensure I understood the different assessments, struggled with figure eights but he managed to get me there and was supportive and managed to make it click in my head and encouraging good habits while breaking bad ones, did all the same for the others on the course too! Couldn't recommend him and this course enough, enjoyed the whole thing.

I did my CBT with Hooman in September 2024 and found him patient, thorough and competent in all aspects of his instruction. I have today (04/04/2025) passed my Module 1 and 2 with Graeme as my instructor after a three day course. He was an excellent instructor who took the time to make it happen.

They failed 2 friends of mine and passed them on the second go with a discounted price. They basically failed them for money. Your CBT depends on your instructors mood and understanding. Specially stay away from Rish.

First thing to say is that mine was a first time pass!

From the very first interaction, I was struck by their professionalism. The team is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient. They truly understand what their clients need, taking the time to listen and tailor the training to your individual skill level and comfort zone. The instructors are experts at breaking down complex concepts and making them easy to understand.

What really stood out for me, as a woman, was how approachable and inclusive the environment felt. The instructors, Graham for me, were never condescending or dismissive. Instead, they created a supportive atmosphere where I felt encouraged to ask questions and express any concerns without hesitation. They understood that my needs and challenges might be different from other riders, and they addressed them in a way that made me feel confident and safe.

Their clear communication style was a game-changer. Every step of the training was explained in a straightforward, practical way. Whether it was learning how to balance, handle tight turns, or navigate more complex maneuvers, I always knew exactly what I needed to do and why it was important. This approach helped me build confidence quickly and feel in control.

Thanks to Passmasters High Wycombe, I now feel comfortable on a motorcycle and ready to hit the road. If you're a woman considering learning to ride, I highly recommend this school. They make it easy, enjoyable, and empowering, no matter your background or experience level.

I am a little late to the biker world. 54 actually. I rode for a little while when I was in my late teens. Being new to the UK from Canada, and given my desire to get my Unrestricted A License, Graham had his work cut out.

From the start, Graham was very helpful in shaping the process for me. He worked hard to find a window of 6 days of training, as well as the Module 1 and Module 2 tests during the school holidays. I am a teacher and time away from school to dedicate to the process is restricted to time out of term.

As an instructor, he was meticulous in his observations. As just one example, I had a great deal of trouble turning my indicator off after a manoeuvre (a seemingly innocuous error that could become very serious), and he was sure to point it out every time garnering me the nickname 'Mr. Blinky'. During our rides, his voice would kindly, but persistently be a reminder of this fault ... ('Um ... Mr. Blinky!').

His primary focus was safety first, and what followed was good practice from which a successful attempt at both modules could be launched. I passed both modules first time. It is easy to be excited about an instructor with that result. However, I am leaving this review to say that even without fruitful results my opinion of Graham would have been no different. I could not have asked for a better instructor. By the time I was scheduled to take the test, he had given me the tools to pass; it was up to me to make it happen. I would unreservedly recommend Passmasters in High Wycombe for anyone looking to get their motorcycle license. Thank you Graham for your endless patience.

Graham was fantastic, great pace and balance of learning. I completed my module one and two on the same day and passed.

I recently attended a CBT certification course with Passmasters and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As a 49-year-old father of two, I prioritise safety and like anyone value honesty.

During the course, led by an instructor named Andy, I was joined by other participants, including a woman named Hanna who was retaking the course. One of the key assessments involved 'an on the road’ evaluation. During this assessment, I missed turning my indicator off once at the very beginning, after which Andy alerted me on the radio, and I ensured NOT to miss it again.

Andy also mentioned once that I was not going fast enough, prompting me to adjust my speed to match the speed limits of the road we were on. For the remainder of the test, I adhered to the speed limits, taking into account the traffic conditions and going to the max speed allowed by law and the vehicle in front of me.

At the end of the course, Andy informed me that I did not pass. His reasons were that I wasn’t going fast enough for the duration of the training and that I left my indicator on the vast majority of the time, which I found to be inaccurate. If I had been consistently leaving the indicator on or driving too slowly, I would have expected ongoing corrections via the radio, which DID NOT happen...however, Hanna was corrected. If I was making mistakes I would have surely been continually corrected too.

I believe the feedback provided/reason for not passing me was not reflective of my performance and seems in my opinion to be a tactic to encourage participants to re-enroll and pay for the course again. This approach raises concerns about the company’s integrity and honesty in conducting their assessments. I have no problem in not being passed but I do have a problem with the reasons given as they are simply untrue.

While I am open to retaking the course if there are valid concerns, I however find it unacceptable when the feedback is not accurate. Therefore, I will seek training with another company that upholds higher standards of trustworthiness and moral conduct.

Returned to them this year for a DAS course to take a full Cat A test.

Graham was a great instructor, friendly and patient and thanks to his training I was happy to pass first time 👍

I just wanted to thank you and your wonderful team from getting me from Zero to Hero with my CBT training input from Hooman on 30th September, then my Mod 1 on the 2nd November with input from Russel, Andy and yourself on today (28/Nov/202) having achieved my Mod 2 with more in put from Russel and Rob.

The team have been absolutely brilliant, and I will remember a great deal from them and thank you also to yourself for making the whole process seem so doable and for the good tips about the theory revision app (the theory test I had completed even before my CBT).

I’ve met some great colleagues along the way – I think all the people I trained consistently with have all passed! So, you are certainly living up to the company name. And I’ve learned a lot about possible next steps, possible routes around the UK and into Europe and even beyond as well as some great recommendations for enhancing my riding skills further.

My very best wishes to you, Hooman, Andy, Russel, and Rob. I really couldn’t have don’t it without you all.

I think it was Russel who said to me: “we don’t train you to pass a test, any fool could do that, we teach you to ride, and ride well”. And I think you’ve provided me a solid foundation to build from. I consider this the start of my continuing to learn to enhance my riding skills. And I’m really looking forward to the journey.

I was recommended PassMasters Motorcycle training through someone I know and had a seamless experience.

I took the DAS course and passed both the MOD1 and MOD2 first time as did my training partner.

The training staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction. They also like to have a laugh so get your jokes ready beforehand. 'How can you double the value of a Kawasaki motorcycle? Fill it up with petrol..'

I recommend this bike training school for anyone looking to get their DAS - A license.
