Hi Kelly,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience. I’m really sorry to hear that you felt the program didn’t give you what you needed.
While we do not administer the official GED test, our program is GED-aligned and designed to prepare you for test day. Everything you need to prepare, including audio and video lessons, practice questions, quizzes, and practice tests, is available directly in your online classroom. We also have a Success Team ready to answer questions, help you create a study plan, and make sure you feel confident using the program.
I’d love the opportunity to connect with you and better understand what wasn’t working. I’ll be reaching out directly to see how we can support you and help you move forward.
Best,

Waste of Money
I do not recommend this to anyone. Please don't waste your money. Need help? Too bad... want a refund? Oh well, you don't actually get all of your money back. I just started today and have been on it ALL DAY because they don't give much help at all.

Hi Randi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear how frustrated you’re feeling. That’s never the experience we want for our students.
We understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re just getting started, especially if you’ve been working through the program for hours in one day. Please know that you’re not expected to navigate everything alone. We have a dedicated Success Team available to help you create a study plan, walk through the platform, and provide guidance whenever you feel stuck.
We also want to clarify that we offer a full refund if an account is canceled within the first 7 days of purchase. If you’re within that timeframe, we would be happy to review your account and assist you with the next steps.
Your success matters to us, and we would love to support you on this journey.
I’ll reach out to you directly for more assistance.
Best,
Mikayla

Not Dyslexia friendly as advertised.. it’s pretty much for regular learners..
I thought the app was great if they just slow down a bit us slow learners don’t catch on that fast lol… I have dyslexia so I needed more time so I don’t believe it’s dyslexia friendly as they say…
Also, they need to change to change the questions up you miss them and try to go over it you eventually remember the answers which doesn’t help….
Also, for what I read they say they have tutors, NO THEY DO NOT.. they have peer recovery coaches which is completely different… SO, if it was not for those 3 the app would be set and perfect and it is for regular learners..

Only buy if your looking to study. Not GED testing of any kind
It was great for studying but they don't actually help attain the GED. Would have been cheaper to just ordered some ged pre tests from the alternate site online.

It's a good service and super affordable I like how it breaks everything down for you and makes sure that you actually understand what is going on with each section.the only thing id wish it would do different is when you have to re answer the questions you got wrong I wish it would give you new similar questions rather than just the same ones just ordered different in the answers.that way it shows that you mastered it rather than memorizing the answer subconsciously
