Party Save Smile Recenzje

First time ordering. Got an email saying the balloon I ordered wasn’t inflating correctly and it was the last of the batch, the company kindly accepted my suggestion of change and shipped it out. Arrived perfectly. Only downside is that I requested it to arrive today as we were on holiday but it was shipped and Royal Mail wanted to deliver it on Monday, luckily was able to redirect it to today now we are home. Would buy from again

Great quality balloons and fast delivery

Great company. Easy to order from great range and very quick delivery.

Found Party Save Smile after searching for an item on Google. Could not believe the difference in prices and these were offering way better value so I thought I'd give them a try and they certainly did not disappoint. I'll definitely use this company again and will be recommending to others.

They had something in I couldn't get anywhere else and the delivery was spot on too.

Thank you for the lovely cake topper.

Beautiful balloons and delivered on time

Speedy service. Good quality products. Unfortunately my favourite products where out of stock, having said that, the alternative I chose where equally as good and well received at my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Thank you.

The plastic party tablecloths were exactly what was required.
They arrived speedily.
Very satisfactory service.

Items packaged well and as described parcel delivered quickly, many thanks. Would definitely recommend

Very quick delivery. Good quality product that did the job well. O

My initial order was a complete mess but once it was bought to the attention of the company it was swiftly rectified and the order arrived just in time for my event.
So very disappointed initially but then it was ok
Hence my score. If it had arrived much earlier then I wouldn’t have been panicking and would have given a 5

Excellent service. Fast delivery, well packed and good quality items at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Been using these guys for themed tableware for years!

The party food boxes were fabulous just what I wanted. Delivery was great arrived quickly. Will definitely order from the company again and recommend to my friends and family.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Aftercare customers services just phob you off, by email only you can’t actually speak to a human!!
I have been waiting for 4 weeks now for a refund of a delivery that DPD left on my doorstep, not in my safe place and was stolen, I have asked politely more than once for my money back and they can fight with DPD to get the money back, whom have said it was there fault and this company are refusing to chase etc to get my money back or maybe they have it and not passing it on 🤔this company are saying if I have a problem with DPD I should complain to them directly, that’s not my job I paid for a service there ballon’s were not cheap and they have been completely unprofessional!!!

Wish I had read some of the other reviews on here first I would of never of made the purchase
