I was really excited to receive my order, but unfortunately it was a HUGE disappointment. For a bundle costing around £200, the quality was nowhere near what I expected. The picnic blanket look... Zobacz więcej

A* customer service!
A* customer service!
I purchase my beloved Ice Queen less than 2 months before. Unfortunately there was a split in bottom (when I had followed the care instructions and I know I look after her). I emailed customer service who got back to me in less than 24 hours and got me a replacement with no issues sent out and delivered a few days later.
If I had to say anything negative at all it would be that I don't know what colour to get for my next purchases (yes there will be multiple!). I've followed Lucy at Partner In Wine for a while now and cannot recommend her products and wine recommendations and dupes enough! 🌈 ❤️

Thanks Katie!
Poor gifting experience
Purchased as a gift and provided a gift note with name etc when prompted on order - disappointingly the product arrived at the gifted destination with no note or acknowledgment of who it was from - somewhat spoilt the impact of the surprise!

Hi Claire, I'm really sorry that you had this experience. We've identified an issue on our website as a result of a software update. This means unfortunately no gift notes were showing to our fulfilment team at the warehouse on their packing notes. We've now rectified this issue, and hopefully you can give my small business another chance in the future with another wine loving friend!
Thanks,
Lucy
Love their insulated cup!
Bought a personalised cup and it’s gorgeous. Love this small business & arrived packaged plastic free.

The ice queen never leaves my hands!
I have their pink tumbler and ice queen and I am so glad I purchased them. The tumbler is fantastic for wine, hot drinks and cold soft drinks. In summer, the ice queen quite literally never leaves my hands ha! Plus it is amazing to support a small business :)
