Park Regis Birmingham Recenzje 

This was a truly awful experience.
The room was so cold and we couldn’t get it warm no matter how high we set the heating.
The bed was tiny and my feet hung off the end by a considerable amount, at 6’2 I’m hardly a giant and have never experienced this at any other hotel.
The room itself (519) felt like staying in servants quarters.
We ended up sleeping in our clothes to try and keep warm.
To complete the experience when we had a hot shower in the morning to warm up there was only one bath towel provided.
If we hadn’t been in such a rush to make our evening plans when we checked in we’d of approached reception with our complaints but we just had no time and decided we’d have to put up with it when we got back.
For the amount of money we paid this was an awful experience.
Absolutely disgraceful that your hotel could offer its clients a room like that in this day in age.
Certainly wouldn’t recommend and I’d go as far as to advise anyone they’d probably be as well to sleep in a bus shelter!

Amazing greeting on arrival from Paul couldn’t be more helpful. Bedrooms are huge, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and amenities. Indus restaurant just wow good and service incredible. Breakfast hot with a great selection. Cold cuts and fruits etc. plus catered for my gluten free intolerance.

That Park Regis is a four star hotel, surprises me. It fell short of my expectations on most levels.
The hotel reception is on the fourth floor which is very odd. Check-in staff were unfriendly and robotic.
Rooms were nice, but not without flaws. Mine had a dripping tap in the bathroom. My daughter's room had something brown and disgusting stuck to the net curtain, that looked ominous.
Whilst the towels were spotlessly clean, they were hard and scratchy.
There were no USB sockets in the room... how basic is that?
The dining and lounge areas were lovely as were the staff.
Overall, I would neither stay there again or recommend anyone else to do so.

Visited Park Regis for the drinks! Roman and Franko were amazing, recommended drinks, looked after us, made us feel special!!! Great assets to the team!!! Will highly recommend this place!!!

Had a great experience at Park Regis hotel.George and Mateusz made my visit extra special with a great service, so we had an amazing stay there. I would recommend this place to visit for!!! Loved it !!

Just stayed here on business for 2 days. Check in was first class. Room was fine. Breakfast was a complete disaster - pre booked day before, told member of staff my room number, after which they disappeared, waited 10 minutes before patience ran out - all for an apple, banana and a box of cereal! Please go back to the old system for cold breakfast.

Excellent safe place to stay even during lockdown season. Staff are very professional and fully aware of COVID safety regulations. I am a regular guest and a key worker. Throughout this difficult times, my stay has been very good.

1st room we were given have a big brown stain and a yellow stain on the carpet Room 1216 reception did change the room but the new one wasn’t much better room 1220 to the extent we felt we were unable to sleep in the room as it wasn’t clean and left the hotel without using the room.
Room standard was more like a £20 a night b&b not a £100 night 4* hotel

Booked a deal for this hotel through Groupon. Superb hotel with really helpful staff. Room was clean and lovely. Bar area is also nice and has a really nice terrace for a summers evening. Out of the way of the really busy nightlife but literally a 2 minute walk to get to the Main Street with bars/clubs and restaurants.

Bar was slightly understaffed for a Saturday night but the barmen did their best.

Breakfast included in the deal had a really good selection and catered to everyone’s needs.

Beautiful Hotel and hotel/Bar staff were amazing. Rooms very clean and bathroom was amazing. Only problem we had was breakfast. Waiting in lines upwards of 10mins and food was really cold. Eggs and beans were always finished so had to join waiting line again. Apart from breakfast was perfect.

Made to feel very welcome by Mateusz. Room excellent especially it's disability services. Though could do with seats if people aren't able to stand. Excellent amenities pleasant bar staff. Charming exit given by Anastacia in reception. Would definetly like to visit again. Xx
