⭐ 1-Star Review – Parker Prestige- Disappointed

I’m very disappointed with my experience selling my individual Purple Silk 2022 BMW M3 (registration BL71 OXM) to Parker Prestige through Carwow.

When Parker Prestige came to purchase my car, I was told that the tyres needed changing immediately. On that basis, they reduced their original offer and paid me less for the vehicle than initially agreed.

However, I have since seen the same car advertised for sale by Parker Prestige, without the tyres having been changed.

This leaves me questioning why money was deducted from the original offer for the tyres if they were not going to be replaced before the car was put up for sale. I feel this was unfair and would appreciate a clear explanation.

I expected a transparent and honest transaction, but the way this was handled has left me very dissatisfied. I hope Parker Prestige will explain the reason for the deduction and address my concerns.

I would advise anyone selling their car to make sure any deductions are clearly justified before accepting a revised offer.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I recently purchased my BMW M340i and couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service I received.

A massive thank you to Jack, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, making everything easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything.

My customer experience was very positive from the outset, starting with a very polite and friendly human (not AI!) online agent who organised direct connection for me with Jack at Parker Prestige, who was very responsive in organising a viewing. Upon arrival, Jack was very friendly, professional, and non-pushy. I appreciated being given time to assesses the car alone in person ahead of then the time as passenger and driver on test drive, with a very personable, no-pressure, and consultative approach from Jack. Jack and the team were consummate professionals delivering first-rate customer service throughout the entire experience from viewing through purchase and after-sales and I would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing from Parker Prestige.

Great experience all round from booking the initial test drive. All the staff that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service.
The salesman I dealt with Jack was easy to talk to, and explained everything about the car, and the different functions you could use it in. There was no pressure whatsoever, and took me through the purchase, and delivery of my vehicle without any issues. The service over all was second to non. The personalised number plates in the boot was a lovely touch for once I'm in possission of the V5 to change the current plates. So was the cleaning kit, and unexpected extra.
If you're planning on buying a prestige vehicle I'd happily recommend this company every time.

Really nice way to buy a car, Craig looked after us exceptionally well, gave us a couple of test drives which he endured with great humour and patience and gave us lots of useful information about the car as well as showing us around a couple of very nice alternatives based on what we were looking for. Superb communication throughout the process. Refreshingly there was no hard sell at all and I was very happy with the price I received for my part ex. I must have spoken to about 5 members of the team at some point during the week and every one was welcoming, helpful and professional. All the cars at the dealership were immaculately presented and superb examples. My car itself is fantastic, beautifully prepared and I would certainly look to buy from there again in the future.

As being a customer from Northern Ireland, buying a car from distance can be a minefield.
But Craig and the team were 100% helpful and honest with everything at every stage. I need not have had any concerns.
