Lovely time at Tummel Valley. Friendly warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable caravan with lots of mod cons. We would love to come back once all of the facilities and entertainment are fully open due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Have just returned from a holiday in Trecco Bay having been unsure whether to go because of Covid-19. We had a wonderful time. The caravan was very clean and contactless check in was faultless. Amenities were open with the expected restrictions but this did not spoil the holiday. Staff were very friendly. It was that good we have booked to go back again.

PARK-DEAN Porthcawl you made my son ill with your dirty germ contaminated surfaces and objects He caught gastroenteritis as a result of your Dirty caravans they are filthy your site Needs to be closed down and you need to be punished named and shamed for taking people’s money and not paying back what you owe also your so rude don’t reply to emails also lies as says you have refunded it days ago I want my refund for a breakfast that we never had I have not got the time to chase you as I’m looking after my sick child All the people that’s been ripped off by these rip offs Should report them hopefully get investigated as it’s theft they can’t be allowed to get away with it 😡

To keep it brief...I had numerous issues whilst away on a Park Dean break. I tried to complain whilst there but clearly the staff weren’t trained in complaint handling. I called customer relations and was told to send an email. I have been chasing for 3 weeks and can’t get a response. I’ve called again and was told it’s marked as urgent and will be within 48 hours for a reply. I was also told the guy I spoke to would follow up with me to check it’s resolved. None of that happened. The worst after care I have ever experienced. I explained I wanted to book another holiday and even that hasn’t help speed up the process.

Shocking customer service from a large company, booked a holiday went to cancel it with 1 years notice and within 12 hours of booking it and they wanted to charge me £200 plus for an admin fee as i paid in full. Disgraceful behaviour even the staff on the phone couldn't stop apologising about it

Absolutely appalled at this company.

Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in 30+ years.

The caravans are NOT COVID-19 SECURE, the 3 parks I tried are not following any social distancing.

The management are utterly useless, that is no exaggeration, I spoke with at least 4 managers so far regarding my concerns, not one of the interested.

I will NEVER return to a holiday park operated by Parkdean Resorts and I will be filing a chargeback with my bank for “not fit for purpose” accomodation.

Genuinely awful company to deal with and I hope their directors are proud at how badly they are operatin. They are treating customers with zero respect whatsoever just to make themselves money without a care for humanity.

We had to cancel our holiday as the park was closed due to Covid-19 and were told it could, (I emphasise the could) take up to 45 days from our holiday start date to receive our money.
Should've received our money by now and haven't.
Emailed them to be told it's now 45 working days!!
Why working days when the parks are open 7 days a week!!
Excuses Excuses!!!!
We are NEVER EVER going to use Parkdean again and I will tell everyone I possibly can not to either!!
I now cannot afford to book another holiday for my family because of Parkdean and to be honest I think that's what they want!!!

Had the same issues as many of you. Getting the "run around" by Parkdean for our refund.

My solution... I wrote to my MP. Elisabeth Truss.

Her office got in touch with the CEO and guess what? They called us on Friday.

Promised our refund this week.. Let's hope so.

If you all try this remedy it might get you a result.

Booked to go to a Parkdean caravan back in May, paid in full, filled in the form online for a refund, 45 days they said, nothing, phoned 13th July, there was a problem with my bank details, there was no problem when I paid!! told the advisor all the details she asked for, 3rd August, still no refund, tried calling them, on hold for 1 hour, 2 hours and 45 minutes over the past week. Simply cannot get through to them, tried finding their email address, or the form they say is on their website, cannot locate either. Does anyone know what help is available?

was due to go on holiday in May but it was cancelled due to covid, I requested a refund and received some. Then I get a email saying my card is expired, its been 72 days and many of hours on hold and still no sign of my money such a shame. I will never use parkdean again

my booked holiday was cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic at the end of this April and they sent me an email in June that said: “We would like to let you know that your request for a refund has been received and will be processed automatically 45 days after your original departure date. You do not need to take any further action". it is 75days of the departure date now I have made 5 phone calls and finally got through 2 days ago and provided all my contact information and bank account to the adviser as requested and being assured the refund will be issued within 2 days. so far, I have received a mobile text message which requests me to fill in a form via email, but no such a form emailed me. As I have provided clear instruction of refund and my bank details, I cannot see any necessity to fill a form. They are using time to confuse me instead of paying money back. Much like the previous comments, we've tried contacting Park Dean and must have spent over 8 hours (spanning 3 days) waiting for them to answer the phone. We managed to get through, last attempt resulted in them "accidentally" hanging up... That took just under 2 hours (today) to get to that point. I will never use these guys again and strongly recommend anyone reading this to avoid at all costs.

I have been trying to get through to Parkdean Nodes Park by phone at various times for 2 weeks and been on hold for a total of nearly 5 hours. I've also emailed, Tweeted and sent a message via Facebook Messager without success. I simply want to change by accommodation from a caravan to a lodge. I've already paid for my holiday. I can't find anything in the FAQ that relates to my query. Please help!!

Have been in contact on and off with them since April as I was due to go on holiday 1st May. Originally they issued me a voucher, despite me specifically asking for a refund. I informed them of the mistake and was told the voucher would be cancelled and I'd receive my refund. They have taken my bank details twice now to issue this refund but I'm still waiting. Have received another email today asking for my bank details for a third time, so looks like the refund won't be here anytime soon. A real shame as I've stayed with Parkdean before and the parks were great but then we didn't have any issues requiring customer service before. Very poor service.

I never normally write reviews but such is the poor customer service from Parkdean I would advise all against booking with them.
The have been poor from the start and through the whole Caronavirus pandemic they have lacked clear leadership. Please save your money and time. Don't book here, your custom keeps them afloat, don't support them.

Well eventually spoke with a girl and told there website has yet to be changed? It's now 45 working days from end of holiday. (really)
Shall continue to wait and see but I really will never deal with this holiday company again.

I've been trying to get in touch with Parkdean. They cancelled my holiday in May, a couple of weeks before we were due to go.Still waiting for refund.
They ignore my emails, phone calls. I have sent several emails, but just ignore. Rang several times also, to have them hang up.
I am so disappointed in Parkdean. They were recommended to us by family and friends. But now they have lost all of our custom. We will never book again. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have been trying to cancel my touring caravan holiday with Vauxhall Holiday park Great Yarmouth for the last FOUR weeks and they had every option available even booking a new holiday but not for cancelling one.

I have tried again over the past three days staying on the phone for 30 minutes every time after listening to dribble about how our holiday matters to them, I bet it does so much so that they do not want to take calls because they know people will be wanting to cancel.

I have taken out insurance and they better not try to apply cancellation as they state on there terms and conditions that these may apply depending how soon we cancel.

I have only rated them 1 star as there are no options to give them a minus.

This is a money grabbing company who do not care about their customers only their precious bottom line.

It is a shame that that the old family who ran this once great caravan site sold it to the Devil.

I tried now for three days trying to get hold of you, on the phone two 1/2 hrs in total), via social media platforms, being Facebook and Twitter and still no reply!

CARAVAN OWNERS BEWARE. Parkdean don't care about you they just care about their bottom line. We own a caravan on one of their sites. We have not been able to use it since March. Yet they still require FULL annual fees to be paid!!! They are NOT providing any additional service and certainly NOT providing any facilities or amenities.
