Very efficient service
Little difficult to find the building on arrival other than that everything was a very simple and smooth process. Check in was efficient, the guy was polite.
Didn’t have to Waite for the bus to take us to the airport which was good.
On arrival we only had a 5 min wait for the bus to collect us and once we handed in our receipt were were handed our keys and told we’re the car was parked couldn’t have been any easier. Using again in 2weeks would definitely recommend

Low price, great location, however they only have one bus moving you back and forth so we had to wait well over 40 minutes for the bus on our return, which was the only disappointing thing about the service

Overall great service
I forgot my key card to leave with them, they sorted my place out and allowed me to leave the car so I didn’t miss my flight.
That aside, it’s the second time I’ve used this parking site at LBA in two weeks, at both times the staff are friendly and efficient, get the queue down quickly and are actually human in their approach rather than robotic and full of self importance like other places I use, maybe that’s just Yorkshire?
Good service, good bus transfer right round the corner from departures, and no hassles.

Great service after car wouldn't start
Parking up and transfer to the airport was easy, quick and no hassle
On the return journey we were quickly brought back to the car park even at 2am
I collected my car keys and then was instructed by the car park attendants that there was a problem with my car as it wouldn't start, I have to stress this was a problem with my car-not anything that had been caused since parking up
The staff were very reassuring and went above and beyond to try and get me going on the road again in what was a stressful time, somewhere to shelter, hot drinks provided and staff checking we were OK constantly while we were awaiting recovery, they really did provide a excellent service
The night shift team were Team leader Kamran, with Ozzy, Usman and Stephen
Thank you guys, oh and by the way problem was fuel filter, fuel pipe and new battery 👍

Very easy on both leaving the vehicle at the airport and on arrival. The bus was straight outside the airport so it was straight on and straight to the car park. Behind the counter a very pleasant young man. Excellent service
