Bristol Airport Meet and Greet Recenzje 

This “Meet and Greet” service is seriously misleading. What an absolute shambles. Rang when we landed as a courtesy and when we arrived at the office told our car was on its way. 15 minutes later an employee said your key is here so your car is, but no car and then had to wait a further 15 minutes in freezing cold,while they went to pick it up. It seems to be a husband and wife team and we were told she’d had a terrible day (ridiculous excuses) but her attitude was so bad. A further £6 to exit the car park. Where are the Managers of Bristol Airport to continue to let this happen? just look at previous reviews. A future booking is now cancelled and we will never use this service again.

Would give a zero if I could. Had to wait for pick up of the vehicle but the collection was even worse - after being told to go to the meeting point was told ‘10 minutes’ several times only to be hung up on when we asked for an update. Pay the extra £5 to book elsewhere for a more reliable ans streamline service.

Please avoid at all cost, came back and had our car the driver couldn't get away fast enough, the car stank, seats all over the place, used a quarter tank of diesel and done just over 100 miles in the 4 days they had our car, goodness knows where it's been, rang they they didn't want to know, awful experience

Booked through compare parking website and was very disappointed with the service. No mention of the £6 we needed to pay to let them drive away and again for us to leave the car park until it had been paid for and itinery sent. They arrived 30 mins after us calling them to arrive, however, our car was tracked and this morning was driven 7.5 miles and parked in a lay-by nearby, but still took 39 min to drop off!
Along with many others we will not be using this service again as it’s quicker and cheaper in the long run to use an actual car park. Avoid at all costs!

This company does not deserve one star!!!!!!!

We have used this company twice, first time was a shambles and waited 1 and a half hours, in the early hours. They lie and tell you they are 10’minutes away. The second time was tonight, with 3 young children, in zero degrees weather waiting over an hour and once again they lie and tell you they are around the corner.

The only reason we used these again was because my partner booked and didn’t know the company

If you are going to use meet and greet at Bristol airport, please use SKY PARKING. You may pay more but believe me it’s worth every penny.

Avoid these scumbags at all costs

Edit: to make it worse, we also found our floor mats turned upside down, which we turned back over and they were covered in mud. Obviously using our car to transport their minions around. Vile company

You have to drop off and collect at the short stay car park which is a 10 min walk away

When we arrived - It took over an hour for the car to arrive

There was a collision with our car approaching the car park - not the driver fault - but left one of our tyres flat and no offer to help replace the wheel.

Go elsewhere

Avoid this company, it’s not meet and greet at all… you call to say 45 mins away to then to be told to head to short stay and someone will meet you. A young lads turn up in hoody and trackie scruffy as…
At this point I’m getting worried. Then he tells me I need to pay £5 for short stay!
I arrive back at Bristol to call “meet and greet” giving them 30 mins notice!
1 hour 25 still no sign of them at short stay.. there was around 5 other families waiting for this company! Kept calling and calling them to some guy saying won’t be long! Finally my car turn up with all other families car same time! The driver then gives me the ticket and say I need to pay £5 again to get our car park!
You think it’s cheep and easy but it’s not at all and the car is parked about 15 miles away from the airport somewhere!
It’s not a proper company and wish I done my research before hand!

Here is my dialogue sent to park 4 you who subcontract bookings out to these cowboys pretending to be chauffeur meet and great with the same symbol as the professionals. please read before booking with these scammers.

(Note: This is not the meet and greet at the side of the terminal! They are excellent in every way)

I am writing to you with regards to the above booking, to be honest i should have done this in this week but i am still suffering from the trauma that your company caused my family.

Upon reaching Bristol airport and calling ahead as requested we were told to go to the short term car park and wait. we waited around 18 minutes after several calls to your number, by the way no body answers!! After talking to a Gent i told him that i was concerned that we had 2 minutes left otherwise we would have to pay again! The gent told me to go through the barrier and stop so the barrier could not go down, i thought really there is no way that I am going to do this, apart from being dangerous it would be totally illegal in every sense, I drove through and stopped the other side, At the same time one of your scruffy staff came running down the road, He jumped into my car without any ID revved up and shot of down down the road. I was in total shock and should not have let him take it, we were so behind it was a case of we may miss our flight and needed to get into departures as now we have been there for the best part of 25-30 minutes.

On arrival back into Bristol i called the arrival number probably 20 times and was either cut off or no answer, obviously alarm bells were ringing as I’ve given my car to a person i know nothing about! Very out of character for me i can assure you! After 25 very stressful minutes a gent answered the phone he told me we have to wait for around 1hr, i questioned this but was shrugged off with a don’t care attitude. After arrival at 19:00hrs it is now 20:45hrs, i kept ringing the number but no answer, eventually i got through to be told to go to the short term car park and a mini bus would pick up up as they had a power cut and cannot find our car, really i thought. ( MORE LIKE NO STAFF) We went to the short term car park and waited another 30 minutes now being 2hrs and 15 minutes since arrival back at Bristol. We were picked up only to be driven 10 miles with no explanation the opposite way to our home direction. Upon reaching what i can only describe a place like a battle field, we arrived through pot holes mud and ditch water everywhere, i thought then OMG what about my car! We got out of the mini bus and waded through mud, pot holes and deep water to our car, upon opening the doors there was mud everywhere pictures enclosed, we left in disbelief that this is supposed to be a professional company, now let me tell you. In all my years of parking and leaving my car i can honestly say this ordeal has opened up my eyes to what happens to our cars in a meet in great, it is totally SHOCKING in every way, i will never never every let myself get into this situation again.

You should all be ashamed and I echo my disappointment which ruined the end to a lovely holiday, you all need to take a good look at yourselves and the way you operate, you are running a 2 bit outfit not fit for purpose, i will be contacting all of the review websites and the local trading standards.

I request a refund of the money paid plus my valeting costs.

AVOID!!!
It took an hour for the car to be collected and over an hour for the car to be returned once we arrived at the short stay car park as instructed.
We called the moment the plane touched the ground. Apparently the driver was stuck behind a tractor...
Car was also covered in mud and communication was very poor.
There was a point, when we thought we would never see our car again.
Spend a little more and book official airport parking!

Do NOT use this company. Left my Mercedes A class for 7 days and they returned the car filthy, all petrol used and high mileage, suspension damaged.
Avoid.

Please DO NOT use this company. I got my car back today and they said to me that my car exhaust pipe fell out and they located my car in a lay-by not even close to the airport. They picked me up from the short stay car park and expected me to pay the £5 ticket and they dropped me off at the lay-by with my car. These people are a scam! I will write a formal complaint and possibly sue them for damaging my car!

When they collected my car at the airport, the communication was so poor that I wasn’t given a clear instruction where to expect the driver and please remember that you will be expected to pay the £5 ticket in and out of the short stay car park, hence £10 extra which wasn’t stated clearly in the confirmation booking email.

Besides, not finished yet! When I landed at the airport, I phoned the number they asked me to call when I arrived at the terminal and I was told that I was supposed to land yesterday instead of today. I was fuming and I said to them in the confirmation email, I booked for two nights instead of one! Then they said to me that let the driver have a look at the email when he brought my car over.

Car took almost 2 hours to be delivered after saying it would take 25-40. Looked like it had been ragged around a field- absolutely caked in mud and even had mud on the inside where they had the windows down!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Dodgy people - no receipt when handing over car. Waiting a long time to be able to hand over the car and then had to rush from short stay car park to terminal. No meet and greet about it!
Also had to wait quite a while to get car back! What’s the point of them having flight numbers then? Not using them again and highly suggest others don’t either.

A totally unregulated appalling cowboy operation. Booked them via Parking4You. They lost my car keys and it took me over 12 hours to recover my car. No identification of their staff at the airport and no receipt given when you leave your car with them, cars parked in muddy field and returned filthy. Couples with small children had to wait over 2 hours to have their car returned, one threatened to call the Police!
They now refuse to refund my taxi fares to get my spare key £255 despite texting me to say they would cover these costs! Between arriving at the airport and recovering my car I made over 45 calls to them, most of the time the number was unobtainable if it did ring nobody answered! A total shambles.

Shocking…. Absolutely shocking, car caked in mud, outside and inside. Waited over 1.5hr for car to arrive, when it did most of the electric was used. Took 5hr from first calling to get home, normally a 1hr drive from the airport. Please do not use, spoilt a lovely holiday.

this is one of many illegal companies run by and staffed by immigrants some who are not entitled to work in this country. Bristol airport fails to stop these people working at the airport. Lies such as uniformed chauffeurs etc entice people to use them when all the time its questionable people in jeans and anoraks driving the cars to a field 8 miles away. Collection of cars can take over 2 hours leaving people stood outside in all weathers. They change their names often so my advice use the proper carparks or companies near by with transport to and from the airport

DODGY MEN, DO NOT USE!
Hard to find when arriving as they don’t answer phone to tell you where they are. Dropped car to a few rude, standoffish men. Regretted using them straight away. Let them know the exact time I would be waiting and was told car would be ready. I rang over and over to find out where car was landed at 4 and got the car at 6. Waited in the rain with baby as was told it would be there in 15 mins… every time I rang. Horrible, rude and patronising man answering the phone calls. Car came back filthy and smelly. Car is clearly taken to a field away from the airport. Soon as the car arrived a man threw the key to me and scurried off without a word. Don’t waste money on these people, ended up more expensive as you have to pay an additional £5 on arrival and when you leave.

DO NOT USE PARKING4U Bristol! I had a bad feeling when dropping off as guy on the phone was barely audible and meet and greet, it certainly was not. Having met at the short stay car park, it was an unexpected long walk to the terminal. Arrived back at 10.45pm with just hand luggage and a 2 hr drive ahead but waited another 2 hours in the cold and rain for our car to eventually be returned. There were families with children waiting and waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
