I've been exploring the paranormal for over 25yrs, I've been with many groups, some good, some downright con artists, I first encountered Paranormal Eye UK on an investigation in 2019, I was struck by how professional the team were, now, I take what I do very seriously and, over time the team have allowed me to go off and do my own EVP investigations, occasionally you'll get people that come along just to be silly and muck around, but to be able to go and do my thing is fantastic, Nicky and her amazing team are very committed to their roles and, if it wasn't for their dedication I wouldn't be able to pursue the thing I love doing, the last 6 years have been fantastic, and, if your interested in the paranormal, then this is the team I'd choose to explore with, lovely people, very professional and the best like minded team around! ❤️

Went on a Ghost Hunt on the 13th December 2024 to Middleton Hall Tamworth was never disappointed, heard foot steps
seen shadows, felt sick in one room had to be taken outside, spirts came through on the ouijui board, the bell ringing on demand, had a very eerie feeling about the place, would definitely go there again

We went to The Piston Club @ The Stag in Strafford-Upon-Avon and found the building to be interesting! The groups were split fairly and when possible, were split even further into smaller groups. Captured some interesting and peculiar stuff, including several photos of shadow figures, the equipment going off and voices. The team were friendly and professional, explained the equipment used and it's purpose. I've been on quite a few with Paranormal Eye UK and never had a negative word to say about the staff or the buildings. Keep up the wonderful job!

Great experience and some spooky things happening all night long. Would recommend!

An amazing experience with paranormal eye - all the staff were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They took time to explain all the equipment that would be used and the group was just the right size for everyone to get involved.
Can’t wait for the next one would recommend to anyone looking for a spooky evening!

Me and my husband have done so many paranormal nights with paranormal eye can't fault any of the team they were all so professional we went to four crosses cannok on the 22nd of December we have another night booked in April we would recommend this company to any one wanting to do a paranormal night

Wow!!! Probably the best team i have ever been with. Friendly staff amazing locations and an amazing team! Been on a few ghost events with paranormal eye and never been be disappointed even booked on several more. Love that they respect your views and opinions without any judgement or questioning. The team are amazing and friendly and also there to help and guide others. If you haven't been on and thinking I would highly recommend doing it through paranormal eye! Here's to many more experiences

I’ve been on a couple of ghost hunts, the most recent one at Falstaff’s! What an incredible location! The staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional! I can’t wait to go back! The range of equipment the team supply is great too, giving you choice of what you’d like to participate in going around in your small groups. It was interesting in the debrief at the end comparing experiences across everyone’s groups! Thanks for an amazing night! Can’t wait to ghost hunt with you again! I’d love to go back to falstaff’s so will be keeping my eye open for when your company is next going there!

Amazing venue with great provenance, just a shame that the event was disorganised and unprofessionally run. The first hour was wasted by a pointless walk around the outside of the building in the dark to see some caverns that barely anyone saw (I’d hate to see the quality of the risk assessment she claimed to have done), then taking everyone back in and upstairs to a small room for no reason whatsoever before telling us to then go back downstairs almost immediately, I’ve no idea how the poor guest with crutches felt about having to do that. My group then had a seance that wasn’t a seance in the slightest, with leading questions requiring answers from the guests that she then somehow tried to link together in an attempt to make something up. At the end of the evening the other team member present claimed all groups felt the table move in some way or another (it didn’t for mine, the others in my group agreed when I asked them), and apparently everybody saw a bright white light in the room (again my group didn’t, and even when it was pointed out she was still adamant it happened, yet strangely never brought it up during the session). Not one of their team appeared to know anything about the history of the house, the woman running the event made up some BS about Ministry of Defence buildings which I had to correct.
In summary, the worst paranormal company I’ve been with.

Was really looking forward to this and have never done anything like it before. The place was amazing and could have been really exciting however groups to big and all activities spoiled by hearing other people's equipment going off and constantly being told to be quiet. If there were taps or footsteps would not have been heard as large groups walking overhead. Was told to bring a torch and then found all the lights left on so no real atmosphere built up. I will definitely look to do something else as I enjoyed some parts but unfortunately it seems money may be more important to this company than experience which is a shame. I would recommend decreasing the amount of people so that only one group of people are walking around and switching some lights off.

groups are way to big and a lot of it was staged would advise people to use another company they even gave a reading to someone which wasn't even the right info

Venue amazing ,over crowded with nearly 28 in the group split into 3 . Restricted to certain areas and more or less told what to do in 2 . At 1 point in the dinning room it was very very staged staff at both ends of table bouncing of each other and at one point 1 of the staff attempted giveing 3 customers a private reading in our time and a bad reading at that nothing right that was mentioned . Although we were given a choice of detectors and was able to go in a room ajoined to another room to do our own investigation as the rest were doing ouija boards in 2 of the rooms . Then at the last hour they wanted all to go in one room and do a séance together is there anybody there we left at that point and wasnt the only customers to leave that evening niether great location but seemed more like most haunted staged ....... and its a shame as the place feels very active ...defo wont be useing these again .

I do believe, the staff involve in paranormal eye could be regarded as our good friends 😁.
We have been to numerous events and we always have another 2 or 3 future events booked.
We have, and it appears other customers attending have had genuine experiences and a positive good honest time.
Nicky our host is always looking out for new venues, and she is always brimming with enthusiasm and energy.
Nicky and her team always ensure inclusion of everyone, all believers and non-believers are welcome.
