I used to be with a different housing, but was taken over Paradigm. My house had so many things that needed updating. I have had numerous visits from tradesman carrying out jobs. They have been so helpful, and completed the jobs really well to a good standard. Not a quick fix kind of job. They listened to my issues and did what they could to put it right. They also listened to me and my frustrations. It didnt always go to plan, but when it didnt, they put it right. There have been times where I was frustrated but compared to other associations, I feel like they are massive improvement. This year they insulated my loft, and cavity walls. They put all new sides in my kitchen. They repaired a path, cut down an intrusive tree. Did other small jobs that I had not reported because they know I am a lone lady and may struggle to do those things myself. They were polite, they cleaned up any mess. They have kind customer service staff who listen and help. I am impressed with Paradigm compared to my old housing association. They are pretty good all round.

Office staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. The technician was extremely well mannered and respectful. Finished the repair quickly and efficiently. Explained the problem to me and how he had rectified it. Excellent service from first point of contact to completed repair.

Paradigm HA are great. We are renting with them at the moment. They really do take care of their customers well. They are quick, professional & well mannered staff all (tech, workers, Admin staff to all working behind the phone).

All sorts of anti social behaviour from their tenants and Paradigm do nothing about it.

Just had my bathroom refurbed by leon skilling Found him to be punctual, polite, and professional,
always willing to go the extra mile to do an excellent job. Plus worked very tidily, I would thoroughly recommend this bathroom technician

To comply with a Covenant that had been placed on the building we own we needed Paradigm to provide us with some documentation. From the initial telephone call, the many follow up emails and final letter, the staff at Paradigm could not have been more friendly or helpful with our request. Their replies were very quick and thorough and we got the information we required very quickly.

Awful customer service. It will take me too much time to list every item which have caused me frustration with this company but occasionally I receive excellent service from their team. Such a shame for those people when the others merely pass on my question/query to a team and clearly cannot be bothered to email these teams with accurate information given by me. Paradigm employees knocking on my door without prior warning as they ‘we're just in the area’ and bearing no identification. (Paradigm do have my telephone numbers.) Date of experience? Too many to list.

Quick response, communications & appointments.

Toilet handle snapped off.
Was told I'd have to pay for the visit if it wasn't wear and tear.
Workman said the whole thing needs replacing as over 25 years old, so it's wear and tear.
And then a £90 bill lands on my mat!
So angry!

Excellent service, on time & completed within 20 minutes

I have been a tenant for over 20 years now and can honestly say throughout the last 10 years paradigm has become top quality in always delivering excellent customer services, where they actually listen to the problem/repair and accurately report the problem/repairs onto their engineers or other departments, all repairs are always carried out to the highest of standards with the engineers always being polite, respectful and helpful and all repairs are carried out inthe earliest possible time frames too.

Long wait to hear decision of installing cat flap on my front door, it’s been about 3 weeks and I understand there is probably a long list of other applications, but this is not a very complex one. Also called just over a month ago to remove upstairs neighbour’s radiator from the garden, said they’d arrange for someone to collect it, but it’s still there and has been for a few months now…

Such lovely guy so friendly went above and beyond !!

I received my pet acceptance form on 22/01/25 whichI filled out and sent back that evening and got a reply accompanied by a letter of confirmation that I was indeed allowed to have my dog live with me the next morning 23/01/25 very swift process so I thank you Saskia.

I know I've recently wrote a review about a lady in the Development team.
Just wanted to say the amazing customer service continues!
I called moments ago about rebooking an appointment with my housing officer and spoke to a lovely Scottish lady named Claire.
She was a pleasure to speak to and feel terribly I didn't leave compliments to the surgery that follows the end of the call, so writing this review to make up for it.
