She was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient, always responding to my enquiries promptly and without any delays. I would also like to thank the solicitors from Paradigm Housing, who were absolutely amazing. They worked closely with my solicitor and managed to complete their work in less than a week, which was truly impressive. I am very grateful for their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment.

In addition, every time I contacted Paradigm Housing by phone, I was treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. The customer service team consistently provided clear and helpful assistance. Since Paradigm took over the properties from L&Q, they have completed all the outstanding work that had been left for over five years. All the staff — from Customer Service to the technicians, engineers, painters, and other tradespeople — have been polite, friendly, kind, understanding of my disability, and professional throughout.

Had the absolute pleasure of Leon and Dan coming to refurbish my bathroom this week. They were so kind and professional from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout the works. They even fitted a cabinet, towel rail and toilet roll holder for me that I had bought, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end results! Absolutely fantastic chaps and they really did leave me with a fantastic bathroom.
The lady in the office Charlotte was really kind and understanding and greating at booking in all of the outstanding work on my property and keeping me informed with jobs and pending dates!

Extremely disappointed with the treatment my family and I have received from Paradigm Housing.

I have lived in my flat since 2016 and have always taken pride in looking after my home. Even though the property was already in poor condition when we moved in, we spent our own money decorating, painting, and replacing carpets to keep it clean and comfortable. Our housing officer has always praised how well we maintain the flat.

Before COVID, we had permission from Paradigm to renovate the bathroom ourselves, but sadly family bereavements during the pandemic meant those plans never happened. Since then, many neighbouring flats in my building have received completely new bathrooms, yet my flat was excluded without any proper explanation.

My bathroom is around 25 years old and in poor condition. The electric shower and pump are outdated, and even the disabled support bar needs replacing. During an inspection, I raised these concerns and was told they would “leave it for the next person.” I found this deeply disrespectful and upsetting — this is my home, and I am not planning to move anywhere.

What makes this worse is that I explained a new bathroom would genuinely help my family. My 13-year-old son plays football and suffered several nasty injuries last year, and an updated bathroom would help both him and me manage muscle aches and recovery more comfortably. Instead of support, I was told I would need a doctor’s letter for my son to “approve” a bathroom installation.

After contacting customer support again, I was offered just £30 compensation, which honestly felt more insulting than helpful considering the stress, disappointment, and unequal treatment we have experienced.

It is heartbreaking seeing neighbouring flats receive improvements while ours continues to be ignored despite us paying rent on time, respecting the property, and taking pride in our home.

I feel completely let down and unfairly treated by Paradigm Housing.

Yet another fast fix of 2 repairs in one. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite, tidy technician attended. And, he was done in record time too.
The Paradigm Professionals are hard at it correcting more flaws and mess-ups left by the previous Housing Association. Company name not needed because, if you know, you know!

Staff in repairs are not always as helpful as they could be I found out that from 2pm most sit with there feet up in the vans plus I’m told I’ve got to wait for a service man for over 2 weeks

Arrived on time

The most rude customer service ever. Don't take the complaint seriously and says they won't do anything. Doesn't listen and cuts the phone. NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE!

Technician arrived on time, was very professional, very friendly and treated our home with great respect. Paradigm service is a breath of fresh air after our previous landlord.

I recently sent an email to this company to ask about who is responsible for managing the area outside my home. Their stated response time is within three working days, but it actually took four working days for them to reply. Although the delay was not too serious, the person who responded only said that my case had been referred to a colleague for follow-up.

Since then, I have not received any further response. I even sent another follow-up email to ask again, but as of today, nobody has replied to me. The communication and customer service have been very disappointing, and it feels like my enquiry is being ignored.

If I could give 0 i would. Gas Engineer came yesterday to fit new parts to Communal Heating and Hot Water system. As normal we now do not have any heating!!!
I called at 8.30am and said I hope they return today as obviously they have done something wrong,
No show as yet now 5pm. My flat is currently at 12 degrees.
Not that we matter, this is a continous problem for years just hope it is not another 116 days before we get heating.

Leon came and refurbed my bathroom, and done an amazing job. Very courteous, explained what he was going to do, and went through everything with me before he started. When he was finished he checked I was happy with everything and nothing else needed doing. Thank you Leon, for being a great example to your company

After a couple of years of continuous disappointments and frustrations with our previous landlord we finally have our issues addressed. Paradigm staffs bring hope to my family and finally we are feeling that someone really listens to us. On every occasion the Paradigm staff was treated us in a professional manner and always supported us. The quality of their services is miles away compare to what we had before. Thank you for your outstanding service and attention 👏

Had visits from 2 maintenance teams today, both for my bathroom.
Both fantastic, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable.
They did a great job and went above and beyond, even taking time to speak to neighbours. I couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship delivered today. After the nightmares of the previous housing association this is a massive relief to know when a job needs doing it's done properly and promptly.

Workman arrived polite and did a very good job and worked hard and very respectful

Kevin and Michael relaid some patio slabs replacing some very old and dangerous paving for me. They have done an amazing job. It is a pleasure to step outside my door again. I want to say thank you very much

I was given an appointment for the plumbing job within 2 weeks. Martin arrived first thing in the morning & assessed what needed doing regarding the leak. He made a quick trip to his van as it was the tap that had lost its seal & was dripping down into the cupboard. He also dismantled the U bend & removed two metal chopsticks that had been blocking the waste pipe.
He completed the work quickly & gave me a full discription of his findings & I now have a shiny new tap. He tidied up & removed all rubbish. He is very polite & curtious & knows what hes talking about. Im grateful that Paradigm have experienced technictions like him with a great can do positive attitude.

Paul (Doors) arrived on time, to fix my broken balcony door. He was very cheerful and friendly and made the door open, close and lock in no time. He also fixed a kitchen cupboard hinge i mentioned too, again very quickly. He gave some sound advice to a tiling project i was thinking of doing, very helpful, very friendly. Excellent. Nice to experience real professional for once!
