I'm from Mexico and I've been buying several gifts from Pandoraflora and all te deliveries have been great by not mentioning the variety of gifts available.
The customer service and aid using WhatsApp and other media is great even if we have a 14hr timezone difference!
Also, the fact that they use PayPal within their platforms allow me to use credit cards from my country that may not be available in China.

5 star rating! Outstanding service! The representatives are extremely friendly and can communicate in English very well. They are very reliable and always deliver great products, both flowers and gifts, and on time as promised, as I have used their services several times. I am very impressed at how accommodating and flexible they are. It’s also very efficient to use PayPal. Ms. Qin is great as are the other representatives that I have interacted with in the past They don’t even mind the tremendous 12 plus hour time zone difference and will do everything possible to get your order just right. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

The service was well communicated on whatsapp using the Order ID from the website. The person on whatsapp was very polite and friendly and their english was great. The service was within a few hours as advertised. My Mrs sent me a picture when she received the flowers and chocolates and everything looked beautiful and exactly the same as the website. Quick and exactly what I paid for. My wife is happy!

I ordered a nice and affordable bunch of roses at 7am in China and they were delivered within the next 4 hours. She was so surprised and happy! I’m so glad this service is available! I would not use this company ever and advise everyone they are disrespectful. Told me delivered - lied. The recipient had to arrange delivery with local supplier because the local supplier forgot. Had 3 weeks advance order! When delivered I paidf for a vase. Vase delivered was dirty and secondhand. Sent pictures response was 'we know, dont have to show us' - disgusting! I got refund which is only right because credit card would have given me anywa. A special day was ruined and upsets caused.

Ordered flowers and they arrived unbloomed. Customer service total unavailable to speak with when calling from US. Absolute ripoff. Avoid!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend in Guangzhou, China from the United States. At about noon on Valentine’s Day in China, I searched for a service that would deliver flowers the same day. Only Pandora Flora offered to do so, all others wanted an extra day or two. I ordered 19 red roses in a vase. The total cost is as listed with no extra fees. The delivery person brought the flower bouquet to my girlfriend’s home. She was not home so he called her and found out she was at work. The delivery person then drove to her place of work and re-delivered the flowers!! This sort of service is so much beyond the standard service. We are both so impressed. The roses are all full and perfect just like shown in the photo. I almost never write reviews, but Pandora Flora deserves my review after their exceptional service and quality of their product. In my opinion, Pandora Flora is an exceptional company and they have earned my respect.

I ordered flowers for my wife in Shanghai. These were for the Qixi Festival (Chinese valentines day). These were ordered about three days before the festival.

Sadly the flowers never arrived. They were great about issuing a refund but I would have much preferred my wife to get her flowers.

Very professional services. Delivery on time. I've received an email with each status of my order.
That person have received exactly what I've ordered.
Also a good online support because I had to change the mobile phone.
