First time ordering from Palava

So this is my first time ordering from Palava, although I had admired the beautiful prints for some time before actually ordering an item. I appreciated the website’s ability/option to see the prices in U.S. dollars, as well as the size guides for each item (that was absolutely crucial to ensuring I chose the correct size). The shipping took some time, mainly because the package was stuck in U.S. customs for at least a week and with the U.S. Postal Service for another week. In any case, once I received the dress, I tried it on and it was perfect. The fit-and-flare style is my absolute favorite and the Tulip Dress absolutely fits the bill. I received it a few days after Easter, otherwise I would have worn it out on that day.

Absolutely delighted.

I could not be more delighted with my dress. Prompt delivery, environmentally friendly packaging. Having what size worn and height of model, is genius and very helpful. Material is thicker than I expected and that NEVER happens!! So many compliments, I with definitely be ordering more. 😁❤️

I received my parcel promptly and in environmentally friendly packaging. Thank you. The dress is beautiful. Even nicer 'in the flesh' or 'on the flesh' than on screen. Can't wait to wear it. Very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase.
