Société extrêmement malhonnête. Commande passée le 06/09 dernier. Nous sommes le 14/09 ; toujours rien d annoncé. J'ai exercé hier mon droit de rétractation dont cette société a une conception très particulière.....; valable pour 2 produits de la gamme uniquement et à exercer après avoir reçu le colis notamment...
Par ailleurs la livraison est annoncée" ultra rapide "!!!!! Soit....
Enfin les frais de retour seront à ma charge ( il paraît que c'est mentionné dans les conditions générales).Sachant que l adresse de retour se situe en Belgique, à voir ce que cela me coûtera.
Par contre je suis inondée de conseils pour la bonne utilisation de l appareil Commande!!!

Tens acheté en avril, dysfonctionnement après 3 mois et malgré 3 mails au SAV, aucune réponse.

Toujours pas de réponse à ce jour.

Énorme arnaque donc.

I have had a pain gone pen for 17+ years and it still works well controlling my pain, so I bought myself a paingone plus , it’s easier than the original one and works just as good

We opened the box and the batteries didn't work so upon putting in new batteries the machine did not work. 6 months later I finally heard from the company to send the package to Lutz Florida. So I did. Hoping for a replacement but so far not too confident of the outcome. The toll free number does work when I called it. So looking forward to actually trying the product.

I bought the pain gone easy many years ago, am thankful to say that it is not something I need to use on a regular basis but knowing it is tucked away in a cupboard when I get the occasional pain or ache is very comforting. I recently suffered a fracture to my humerus and since being allowed to start using that arm again I have regularly been using my lovely little pain gone easy, the relief it has provided is amazing really for such a small device.

I have had my pain gone pen for 18+ yrs my father bought me two , one of them was given to a friend with back pain he couldn’t believe how it relived is back pain . I use mine on all of my body , especially my knees it’s a brilliant pain relief, I am going to buy myself a pain gone plus pen. I have had good value for money as it still works perfectly.

The product left my elderly aunt feeling worse than when she began using it. When she got the product and wasn’t able to use it the customer service requested a video of the problem when she clearly stated she wasn’t able to there was no remedy. For a product meant for the elderly the reps really don’t know how to assist nor will they make a true effort. I got this for my aunt because I saw it on a commercial late night and thought it could really help. It’s spoken that it was created for the owners grandmother who he couldn’t stand to see in pain, but that what it caused for my aunt. Not sure if the reviews on Amazon are real or if they were incentivized but I don’t recommend this product.

The machine malfunctioned and caused me great discomfort and pain which is continuing day and night. I have requested that you send me the code that you say in your instructions so that I can return the machine for a full refund, as you promised in your TV ad. Thank you.

I'm only rating it a 4 because I don't know yet how long the relief will last. I've been suffering with what seems like sciatic pain for a few years now, but it usually comes and goes. No diagnosis from a doctor in UK, but they were happy to prescribe me drugs I'm reluctant to take. (Medication previously used as an antidepressant) Now to treat nerve pain apparently. Anyhow I've been in the worst pain I've felt for past few days, my gf came home with this device that looked like a bloody pen. I was appreciative that she could see my pain but upset she had purchased something that is a joke, however I was in such pain I agreed to give it a go. To my complete astonishment, I felt immediate relief, like 70 -80% reduction in pain. I genuinely wouldn't believe it. I pray this continues to work for me so I can return to work. Once a sceptic , tried and tested customer that is extremely grateful. One question , does anyone know life span of product? Instructions were a big vague on this

I placed my order since June 28, 2026. My order status has not shipped. I emailed regarding this and all I got was we will check why your order hasnt shipped.
I emailed again and have not gotten a response.
I would like a FULL REFUND!

Having v trouble with return

Product was in stock and shipped promptly

I had no problems with my orders. Everything came pretty quick.

I’m very familiar with Tens machines so was not surprised by the ‘electric shock’ sensations which can indeed be uncomfortable when used on some areas near tendons
Moving the pen around the area helps to minimise discomfort and the pain relief for arthritic thumb joints has been excellent.
Bonus is that it relieves itching from mossie bites too!

Beware return shipping fees!
I purchased this product for my mother’s nerve pain. Unfortunately, it exacerbated her issues leading to leg tremors. To my surprise, return shipping cost from California was $100. Customer service was dismal. Corporate jargon, asking if I received an email stating I was responsible for return shipping fees. Repeating that it is an FDA approved device, and if I was using it correctly, and that they stand behind their product. Pablo, the customer service rep then tried to sell me an another device. I do not recommend this product or company to anyone with nerve issues or RLS, and if you don’t live in Kentucky check the return shipping fees first.

You offered discounts at checkout snd then took them away st final checkout. Bate and Switch is illegal and such tactics to be reported to FCC and Better Business Bureau.

I was reluctant to buy this Fllow because of the price but it was worth it. It feels absolutely wonderful while it's running but I have to be careful not to run it at too high a setting. After using it for the first week I had some serious cramps in my calves and had to stop using it for several days then start again at a much lower setting. [Initial setting was 75 and now using between 35 and 50]
I do notice some improvement in my feet and legs but nothing dramatic. I use it every evening and hope eventually to increase the settings because the higher settings feel even better but I don't want to get cramps again.
I tried the knee pads once but the pads are so sticky and I hate touching them so I won't use them very often. They did feel good though.
Definitely not sorry I bought this.
