Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

The racket arrived within the timescale for the free shipping and so far so good I love the racket. Rating the actual delivery the window of time given by the delivery company was longer than hoped so a minor inconvenience

This firm is brilliant. If you have a slight problem with any order which I doubt customer services is right on it. I ordered my padel on the 28th July…
I ordered my padel on the 28th July expecting to receive it at least a week from the order date. Now I am only expecting to receive it middle of August and I was guaranteed at least 3-7 days delivery time.
P.S. I was not informed that the delivery would take this long — I had to chase and call to get an update. Today is Monday, 18th August, and although the order was scheduled to arrive today, there has been no sign of delivery.
