I st time using pack n send, wonderful experience, parcels arrived in good order and in a timely manner, I’m planning on using this service again very soon. Very good value for money.
Wonderful guidance from staff at shop in how to do it all in the self service arena.

Package didn’t get picked up for DAYS…
Package didn’t get picked up for DAYS after it was meant to, the customer support people were great and helped heaps but my customer blasted me for not getting a courier to them as quick as I promised I looked sooooo stupid

Great online system. Goods delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.
Very happy with their service. I had to send a pair of snow skis interstate. I used their online system, it works perfectly. Goods delivered promptly and pricing was well under expectations.
