poor service and communication
We booked the pickup on Wednesday for Thursday. I left work early Thursday, trusting the delivery would be picked up. I wasn’t at work Friday and the delivery wasn’t picked up. I rang on Monday and was told it would be picked up or rang that same day. I rang again Tuesday and only after this third phone call was the delivery picked up. The excuses were the address couldn’t be found, which is a lie as we are on a main thoroughfare and there hasn’t been an issue finding the address in the past 6 months. The second excuse was that the truck couldn’t access the street which is another lie as, again, this is a major thoroughfare onto a major freeway.
I have now not charged our customer freight as the goods were delivered so late in order to maintain good faith with our customer.
Pack and Send won’t extend that same courtesy though.
Very unsatisfactory. We are still chasing a credit the extra charges for a previous delivery when they decided to charge extra for no valid reason.

Hi Kate. We are sorry to hear of your experience. All information provided regarding the delay in pickup was passed on from the carrier directly. We are sorry if you feel this is untrue. The Online Customer Care Team monitored this to ensure the goods were collected after the enquiry was raised. We can see this was collected on 19/03 and was delivered on 20/03 on the Saver Service. We hope you continue to use our service as we have lots more to offer.
