Fast and responsive service
Very easy to understand their shipping method. Advised me where to get the right packaging materials and then once the items were in their hands they got the job done faster than I was expecting.

Pick up time window big negative
Reasonably priced and easy to organise. However having to wait the entire day from 9-5 for them to pick up the package is ridiculous. It would be nice if the provided a time estimate window on the morning of, that way you wouldn’t have to be at home waiting the whole day.

Hi Michelle. Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the inconvenience. Our online booking service is a basic tool that generates a collection window of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. For a more specific collection time, we do recommend going direct to a local Pack & Send Service Centre who can assist with this request. Locations can be found on our website if required again in future.
